Very easy to use and user friendly system. Never had any problems with the platform.

What a f nightmare. Their copy trading system completely failed: ratios were wrong, some follower accounts didn’t even pick up trades, and followers didn’t flatten when my leader account did.

When I contacted support, instead of fixing their own mistakes, they expected me to gather logs, screenshots, timestamps, and basically do all the investigative work myself. The audacity. A customer shouldn’t have to fix a platform’s errors. Their bureaucratic, slow, and convoluted “support” process turned an already stressful trading situation into a total headache.

Great copytading tool, never had any issues with trades not being copied, just good execution.

Since i've been using Tradesyncer I have been very satisfied. The support has been great and I really like the platform compared to previous ones I used.

I had an issue when I turned off my subscription for 3 months. Then I completely forgot and was not informed that my 3 months were over so my auto renew kept purchasing the subscription for 2 months without me knowing. I caught it on the second month and inform them if I can get a refund for at least one month because it had just started. Kalle was able to help me and I received almost a full month's refund. The process was fast and easy and they were quickly able to to understand my situation and give me most of the refund

Customer service is fast and excellent, and they keep working on the problem until it is completely resolved.

Ratio position not possible. That is the only downside.

Also tradesyncer is doing a good job with pushing updates to stabilize the software with the on-going broker crashes and volatility.

I’ve had a really solid experience with TradeSyncer so far. The platform does exactly what it’s meant to do — clean, fast copy trading across multiple funded accounts with minimal latency.

Setup was straightforward, the dashboard is clear, and risk management across accounts is easy to control. It’s been a massive help for scaling funded accounts without the stress of manual execution.

On top of that, support has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions, which is a big plus in this space.

Overall, a strong tool for traders looking to scale properly and trade more efficiently.

Been using tradesyncer ever since they released the software. Amazing tool and has really taken my trading to the next level since my risk is now spread out amongst all my accounts.
They had a couple bugs in the passed but were almost instantly fixed and also really nice that they keep you informed on the status of other propfirms!

Only been using Tradesyncer for a few days, but I have had a great experience so far. Working just as advertised across ten accounts.

Used their services and it was great. Wasn't prepared to handle multiple accounts so I cancelled my subscription, at least I thought I did. Months later my account was charged for a subscription fee. I contacted customer service and they handled it immediately and processed the refund all within the hour.

would give it a 0 if i could, terrible customer support, the connections "fail" and have to be reconnected after almost ever trade ive made dont waste your money on this

One of the worst customer service in the industry.

Let it be known that this does not work as intended. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY with your accounts. THE trades open and close erratically and this will 100% blow all your funded accounts. DO NOT USE THIS.PERIOD.
