I have checked my Client Portal as instructed. The problem is that my wallet balance currently shows 0.00 and there are no funds available for internal transfer. My accounts are also marked as suspended.
Your compliance department previously stated that I was entitled to withdraw the remaining balance after profits were removed. If funds remain available, please specify the exact amount and explain why it is not visible in my account.
I am willing to follow the withdrawal process, but there are currently no visible funds available to transfer or withdraw.
I would appreciate a clear explanation and resolution.
