Great company to deal with

quick responses regarding an item damaged in shipping. It took a while to get it resolved, but in the end everything worked out. I will definitely deal with them again, as I have done in the past

Overpriced and impossible to return


Paid 360 CAD bucks for a retro LED headlight for my customer's 77 Sierra Grande only to discover it's not a kit but a single unit. Knew it was going to be expensive converting to LED lights, but not that much for a single light - would've been nice had it been mentioned on the website properly rather than hidden in between 5 billion lines of "Description_FAB", "Description_MKT", etc. Figured that's fine, whatever, will just send it back and get a refund. Didn't charge my customer for it, kept the part. Submitted for return authorization about end of August (around Aug 23-24) - no reply whatsoever. Didn't even get a single email re this. The part's just been sitting since we briefly looked at it to confirm there's only one item. Finally messaged their support team after almost two months (Oct 15), trying to find out what's going on. Gave them all the info in my first email, yet they asked for it all over again only to then tell me it's outside the return window! Couldn't get the return authorized on time and now wasted my time & money.

Suggest thinking twice before buying anything off their website if you have even the slightest chance of requiring a different item or wishing to return the product.

Scam for a sale!!!I order an item box one oftwo where…

I order an item box one of two where two was out of stock at the time or so their page says only to find out box has been discontinued by the manufacturer!!! So now I can't complete item or get a FULL REFUND because I have to pay for shipping even though they KNEW it was discontinued???? Very deceitful company!!!!

Stay on top of your order, slow shipping.

I found the exhaust I was looking for. I think they forgot to process my order. A week after I placed my order, I had still not received confirmation it had been shipped. I had to contact them. It took 4 more days to get shipping confirmation. The exhaust I got sounds great, not annoyingly loud, just a nice low growl. One of the mounting brackets had to be cut off and moved.

Easy process

Easy process, parts actually in-stock when the site said it was, cheaper than many other places and arrived when scheduled. All easy things to do if the business gives a ##__ clearly they do 👍👍👍

Terrible Customer Service. Avoid this establishment

Read the reviews. Thought it was best to confirm stock and deliver date. Was told they had 6 available and 6 days to my door if ordered today. Sounded reasonable.

I placed the order. They took my money. They claimed it was shipped from the other end of the country, what happened to 6 available? 19 days for delivery, not 6.

Parts showed up damaged. I asked for help. They sent me a link for returns.

Truxedo did help out with the damaged parts after I went to another vender for assistance. The tonneau cover is great. The service here is severely lacking.

I won’t be back. Buy a Truxedo tonneau cover it’s great, just buy it from someone else, integrity is severely lacking here.

Lift kit was wrong emailed customer service weren’t much help , was easy buying parts through you guy and am planning on getting some accessories but disappointed with this purchase

Terrible customer experience

Terrible customer experience. I don’t recommend this store, they’re making the return process unnecessarily hard for the customer and are charging unreasonably high amounts for shipping and deducting that from customer refund. Better to spend few more bucks on your purchase through Amazon or some other retailer and be greeted with amazing customer service.

Unfortunately the order number was not referenced in this review and don't have any order history with the first name "Paulina" so I can't take a look at the order, so I can only offer a general response. When it comes to returns as a result of order error, the customer is responsible for the costs of shipping the item both ways which is standard practice, even with Amazon. The larger the item or more remote the area, the more it will cost to ship - unfortunately that is not something that we can control, sorry. Any questions, please reach out.
