Durgesh patiently answered all my mortgage questions and I had to call him multiple times over a period of time, change my preferences often and he was always willing to help with composure. He got me the best rate and the maximum mortgage loan possible. His hallmark was even before I made a commitment to work with him he demonstrated the same sincerity returning my calls or email which we don't see nowadays in this crazy market. If you are able to get a better offer (Which I doubt) he will happily match it or make it even better. He is one of the very few mortgage specialists out there who understands although it's another day in life transaction for them it's still the largest investment and one of most important dreams for that customer.
