When I reach out to Chris Eigbe, I was 11 days away from my closing. I had a mortgage agent that was recommended by a friend and this agent lead me believe that everything is good and will get mortgage right away with our income and other info.
Seems to be okay as other mortgage agent I have talked before promise the same. 3 weeks after a seller accepted our offer I still didn't have a mortgage approval and the process was delayed with all questions that doesn't make sense…had to endure bad news after another 11 days before my closing and was being force to just sign 2nd mortgage application/commitment with conditions that i cant meet but was told to sign it anyway and this agent will work it out with the lender. I just freak out…The stress and the panic I felt was toh much. I said to myself, I needed a back up plan and luckily Chris call me back seconds I called True North. Chris was very accommodating and was very understanding of my situations and didn't promise anything but said will review my info. Had me send few documents and from then on he told me good news after good news that after the stress I experience I could not believe him and was so skeptic but he assure me that everything was falling into place and I will get approve right way. 5 days that all it took. Was able to eat and sleep Thanks to thus guy. Will highly recommend Chris to anyone. I can’t say Thank you enough for helping me secure a mortgage that much better than was promise by other agent. Day one when I call Chris, I asked him the best possible rate he can offer me for my mortgage renewal. He gave me the rate and he said no promises, but he will try to get the best possible rate. The next day he call me and saying that he can give me lower interest rate than the original rate he quoted me. So happy with the rate and his service especially these days it was very hard to find a lower interest rate. Chris did a fantastic job guiding me through my mortgage renewal. Definitely will recommend Chris Eigbe to all my family and friends.
