I canceled my order within 5 minutes of ordering! They would not return my email until after they shipped and said too bad, we think you’ll love them!! I told them I do not want them!!! They ignored me! Scam company!! So not buy from them
This product is not UL2034 compliant and has no 3rd party testing done on it. They test in-house - which of course they would say it's great.
Beware of the return policy for this company. On their website they state they will give you a full refund within 3 years.
They will ignore your emails (there is no phone number). If you DO manage to get a hold of them, guess what? You need to mail your return to a warehouse in CHINA. China won't accept it. It gets stuck in customs and you are forced to take the package back. Not only are you out the money for the product, you are out the money you paid for the return shipping too.
The package comes to you from PA, so you have no way to know a return would need to go to China.
Lesson learned. I'm out $250
