Great service and product.
In the past I have purchased a cheap tracker which was hard to operate and eventually finished up in the bin. I decided to buy a TruTrak to protect my new vehicle. I contacted t/t via email a few times in setting it up and received immediate response from Jay, which was so unexpected in this day and age!! Now I find my self checking the app to make sure it is still in the garage, even though I can see it!!!

Well priced hardware and reasonable price to top up. Easy to install and setup and user interface on the app.is friendly and easy to navigate and run reports.
Support is extremely good and if you have a question or 2 like I did the respond very quickly. I missed a call from them today but I believe it was just a courtesy call to see that everything is working as it should.
Overall I'm very impressed so far!
Oh...from ordering online to fitted to my van was 21 hours! Thats service!

Great Quality Service At A Super Price
I wished to purchase a tracker for our Motorhome to provide added security. Having researched the options widely on the internet and speaking to other Moho users I decided I was most likely to purchase from Trutrak. However I had a few technical questions outstanding too, so I contacted TruTrak by phone on their Sales option.
To my surprise the service was very quick, all questions were speedily answered to my satisfaction, and an easy purchase was made over the phone. that included free 1st class delivery, and Trutrak also matched discount pricing on Amazon to boot :-)
The device duly arrived the next day pre-configured and I self installed in a matter of minutes. The process was simple and I took the Moho for a short drive before registering on their site to make sure the tracker was working and called Trutrak who confirmed all had checked out.
The PC login and registration and the APP download and set up were both simple, quick and intuitive.
I wanted to immediately set up alerts for exit points on my road and also for other events such as low battery power, power cut, and engine start so I contacted Trutrak on their support line and again received outstanding service from the staff member who was very knowledgeable and assisted me in initial set up and explaining options. I then set up my own additional alerts required.
Overall I was very impressed by the service throughout. Five Stars is well warranted and I do not hesitate to recommend both the product and the company sales and support service.

Bought this for my daughters car, it is very easy to install and use, also very accurate. Customer care is first class nothing is too much trouble, so pleasant when you telephone and they answer emails very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company 😊

We have no previous tracking systems and didn't know what to expect, as this was an impulse purchase to be able to locate an elderly relatives vehicle. Slight issue with the first tracker as it kept freezing, but didn't know if it was due to signal reception. After speaking to Jo a new one arrived the next day. We fitted this and can see the location of the vehicle straight away. Every one at Trutrak have been extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

The original unit kept dropping off…
The original unit kept dropping off line every few hours. Then back on again. I raised a ticket with tech support via the website. I had no reply,but a new unit landed on my doorstep a few days later.
Wow i thought that was good customer service.
The new unit came with no instructions about needing to return the faulty one or no pre paid packing.
I fitted the new unit. And few weeks later i tried to close my account.
Trutrak informed me i was unable to as i still owed £35+vat (£29.99Amazon i purchased) because i hadn't returned the faulty unit.
I explained u was unaware i needed to as i had no instruction to. They told me an email would have been sent. So i checked and double checked my inbox and spam. No email.
I asked if they could forward me a copy of the email. And they couldn't.
So in order to close my account i have had to pay for another unit.
So dont be fooled thinking they are providing good customer service by sending a unit to replace the faulty one as a gesture of goodwill. Because it isn't.
Finally, why is it so hard to close your account or have any previous data about your where abouts wiped.
Its information about me. I should be able to do what i want with it. If i want my data erased then it should be erased without any question.

Let me start by saying I don't do reviews except in very rare cases!
This is one of them. Having done very basic research, I came across TruTrak and decided £40 for a vehicle tracker was worth a punt so I ordered one. It was very easy to install of course and I did the short drive as per instructions and then went on line to activate it. I should mention that this was on Saturday. Anyway, I went to the website and clicked on 'Activate' and 2nd step is to input your email address that was used in the purchase process; to my dismay, I couldn't enter the full address. so I sent an email to customer service and prepared for a response on Monday.
About 5 mins later the phone rang, really bad line but I could hear enough to know it was TruTrak. Wow! Due to the phone line we contined over email and Jay sorted it out in the next few minutes.
Remember, this was Saturday afternoon and the sun was out, I certainly won't be answering work emails in those conditions but very many thanks to Jay and I appreciate what you did.
The tracker works well and so I would wholeheartedly recommend it and TruTrak to anyone, amazing service above an beyond expectations, thanks Jay.

I love the tracker I brought for my motorbike. Set up was easy and even I (yes!! Me!!) managed to install it and have it up and running in seconds.
The customer service is even more impressive.
I had a question about 'topping up' and rang the number.
I spoke to Caitlin and she was fantastic. Explained everything and everything was done in seconds.

Following that we booked in a date for the installation, Mark arrived promptly and started straight away. tracked a Traker
I decided to add a tracker to my vehicle. Searched the affordable market. Came up with Trutrak, I installed the traker, had a few problems based on my lack of savvy. Contacted them spoke to Jo, who was very attentive and sorted me out. I had further contact ;Jo even rang to check all was ok. Even though she could monitor from her end and knew that it was.
Very pleased, although I hope I never need it. I guess I could always use it if I forget where I parked it!!!
Overall a very good service, the device is working sweetly.

Choosing a TruTrak vehicle Tracker
I had been researching vehicle trackers for a while now & had no clue which company or what tracker was best for me & my camper. Even after reading countless reviews and doing a lot of research I thought I’d throw a bunch of questions to TruTrak at 9.30pm & see what they come back with expecting a reply a couple of days later if I was lucky!! No joke, within 10 mins I had a reply from Jay. Questions answered & some after I asked a few more I knew this was the company I was going with. I ordered through Amazon Prime there & then & it was delivered the next day. I connected it to my leisure battery which is charged by my solar panel & this thing is easy to install! It took 2 minutes max! I then took a 5 minute drive, then downloaded the app to my phone & saw that it had connected already, knew where I’d been & that the camper was back on my drive! That alone was a relief just to know that if some idiot steals my camper then the police have a head start!! So less than 24hrs later I get a call from Jo at TruTrak. Welcoming me, confirming that everything connected immediately there end & they can see my camper is at home :) She asked If I need any support or help with anything in which she then answered a load more questions I had. Also that I can call back anytime & they’ll help even with the set up :) I have to say how nice it was to actually speak to real person who was not only lovely to talk too but actually knew what she was talking about! I honestly can’t fault the service I was given by both Jay & Jo at TruTrak and the product itself. It does exactly what it says it does and it’s well worth the money which compared to other companies I think is really good. Sorry for the long review but I don’t normally leave reviews unless I actually think it’s a decent product or company and this one is :)
