We are staying with Tuana hotel PHUKET THAILAND and…

We are staying with Tuana hotel phuket thailand and Cold Water is continuously running since morning so we inform the reception.we went out for our tour for whole day and when came back the shower was not fixed,so I ask for mangers mobile to elevate the issue.the reception says she doesnot have mangers number.i said to her that may be the room will be filled with water.it is struggle to get through for simple amenities.
She was arguing with me that why we are informing her late ,she was not understanding that we came here as a tourist and not stay in room and attend ,supervise the maintenance work. Let us see what happen tomorrow?
1) staff is uncooperative
2)poor maintenance bathroom was having flowing water .
3) NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER.
4) NOT CONVENIENT AND UNCOMFORTABLE STAY.
