Absolutely hassle free bank. Would recommend.

Very helpful and professional always resolve any issues promptly, always keeping customers update with any issues occurring they never leave customers in the dark. Really simple easy too use very useful when you need a bank account quickly. Highly recommend!!!

I have been a U Account holder for 5 years...

Things have gone wrong in the past but U Account have learned from these experiences and gone from strength to strength and continue to do so.

Not even a bank. Absolutely useless and offer nothing that a real bank offer in the way of protecting customers funds when it comes to fraud or disputes. Customer service is useless and take ages to reply. I have this account aswell as three main bank accounts, I used this account for ebay purchases and found topping up via paypoint convenient but the fees are ridiculous compared to Monzo who only charge £1 regardless of how much you choose to top up by.

Uaccount is top Bank perfect for people who struggle to get a bank account the bank is easy to use really good help if you have any problems no waiting times transfer money in or out really good bank I would tell people to use this bank

Really easy to use at any time and any where.

I have a bitter experience with Uaccount. I have been banking with them for 18 month and they sent me a new back card so i kept on for a month. All of a sudden I couldn't transfer funds out or used my card for purchase or to withdraw money at ATM. Since November 2020 they are still reviewing my account and I can't get my money.
U account have frustrated me that I sent email every week but the reply is always the same till today I have not got my money.

I HAVE HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THIS ACCOUNT BUT IT BEEN SORTED OUT QUICKLY AND THE REPLYS HAVE BEEN NICE AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND THANK YOU a good account for me and will recommend it to my friends and family

I’ve been using uaccount for the past four years and they have satisfied my needs with every query that has arisen in the past.
I find this banking system suits me and I am very happy with their service.

Not bad, it's a pain there is no contact number but in general I have found it an ok alternative to bank.
