Fine

Service works fine. I have used U account for years. May have given 5 stars if the option of contactless or non contactless was given for card replacement.

Unfair charges

Had charges taken from account when using ATM that refused my card. Trouble with account balances showing wrong amounts has been ongoing for many months and makes reading statements very confusing.

A good account

Ive been with u account for over 3yrs and i am happy with the terms of my account and if u have a query it is dealt with straight away i would recommend u account to any 1

Brilliant Service

I had a problem with on eof my extra account where an unauthorised direct debit was made on the account. As a result the account was overdrawn. U account were brilliant in rectifying the matter and bringing my account back into credit.

CI’ve had numerous problems with this…

CI’ve had numerous problems with this app. I’ve been locked out of my account at least twice. Tap and Go payments not being accepted at the till on occasion causing me embarrassed when I knew there was plenty of money in the account. There was no disclosure that they were being investigated by FCA or even that the CEO of wirecard was embezzling money, which obviously drove me immediately into the arms of a safe competitor. It’s also £1 every time you take out cash as well. I would never trust this company again.

I was left absolutely high and dry by…

I was left absolutely high and dry by this company! I had used them for 2 years with only a few minor customer service issues…. And then out of nowhere I was told my account was to be closed in 7 days and there was nothing I could do about it! Luckily I managed to move all direct debits and incoming payments just in the nick of time…. But stood to lose quite a bit of money if this wasn’t completed in time!
This was as recent as 28/05/21
I reached out for an explanation as to why this was happening and received no response!
Avoid using at all costs there’s something fishy going on here!
Opt for a MONZO card
Much better service all round 😉
