Not very helpful and when money went out my account wasn't helpful n losted money

Excellent service can't fault it just one problem wish the paying in limit was higher

I have only ever had a good experience with Uaccount i have been wth them now for 3 years anytime i have had to contact them they have answered my query quickly and have always managed to sort out my query

This is an ideal account for me. It allows me to save money for special events, with the addition of being able to sort my money into different pots for different uses. Moving between pots is easy and making payments from the main account is effortless. A really useful account

A fantastic service and great customer care when needed

Uaccount have been consistently good with me and I have zero complaints. I don't think I have had a bank that has had an online banking experience as good as this one. Easy to setup the account and use.

Fantastic company and customer service but if you lose ur card and get a replacement company's can still try take money off card even though its a brand new number security code etc

Excellent account easy to manage and good service

Been a customer for years now and there has been a couple of issues but they have always been sorted .
I would give 5stars if there was a call centre

Straight forward easy to use less hassles than conventional banking the way forward

Good for those whose need basic banking, online or other facilities. Good for those who just or perhaps need a card for online purchases, family purchases,etc.
Card is good as can be loaded for 'set purchases and / or 'set-online purchases'.

A great card if you want to save money and the fees are reasonable.
I will always use this account when I can.

Very good app and well designed functions.
Just the changes of owner each time, and that is annoying.

When they shut down they ignored all my emails to get my remaining money back. Thank god it wasn't a huge amount

I cannot fault this card company my card does exactly what they said it would have also they haven't made it very difficult to use

I love having a U Account. It's easy to use and access. You get updates from them when you need them and they always keep you in the loop. Every experience I have had with them has been positive. The website is easy to use, it's simple and everything is pretty much right there where you need it. You can save easily, putting things in place to help you. Thank you U Team!
