I've had an account with U account and to be honest they are not to bad. Sometimes a bit slow getting back to help with a problem.

Customer service is terrible, payment clearance times are terrible, avoid at all costs

A good bank account that look after your money when you need it with upto date technology which helps you follow your transactions with the same service as these big banks with the same safety guarantee

I have been using Uaccount for three years and the account is reliable.

I have not used this account for a while but it was still easy to access and make a few adjustments.

Been with them for years and its getting better every year was a bit of a wobble but gone from strength to strength since then, just need to look at cheque payments. 5 stars.

I can find no fault with my U account. I love the user friendly app and the fact that money goes in and out super fast with minimal fees. You can set up separate accounts to budget money whenever you want. It’s so easy and U-ser friendly, U-ncomplicated and do I like using it? U-bet !

I love this card and have been using it for a few years now. Everything is handled the exact way a bank would deal with you. The app has everything you need to help you and is very easy to navigate with options for any queries. Contacting the customer support team is also included in the app if you really need this service and their response is prompt. Although I have rarely needed to do this as I can always get what I'm looking for on the app or their online site. I would recommend this card to anyone who like myself, doesn't use any banking debit/credit cards as it does exactly the same as bank cards but without the fees or charges and it is accepted almost everywhere.
