Was a bit apprehensive about some other reviews however have to be honest , amazing communication and delivery from the seller all round . I was advised there may be a slight delay as the seller was busy with there children however think we can all relate to that ! Order then arrived perfectly, on time and son could not be happier ! Already placed my next one and look forward to it arriving this week .

My children saved up all their pocket money to spend on figures with this company £70 total. Nothing has been delivered no communication from emails sent, I've had to dispute payments with bank which is just a hassle with 2 disappointed children. I would not believe the good reviews on here they steal your money it's a total scam !

Litterly a con ordered these weeks ago for my son currently weeks later after his birthday and still no items i keep on emailing but they issue no apologies they just give garbage excuses like express delivery problems or even sometimes not even bother giving an excuse just saying you've not had the tracking. Currently going through trading standards AVOID DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I made an order for mini-figures about a week ago, and my order came in a timely manner and communication with the vendor was excellent! I am unsure why there are so many bad reviews as I've ordered from this website before and have only had positive experiences. Please don't let the bad reviews deter you, I am so pleased with the quality of my order and will definitely be ordering again.

Mini figures arrived on time, excellent quality. Not sure what previous comments are about as i have had great experience with them and recommended them to others.

Placed an order on the 4th of october and I'm still waiting for it sent emails and have had zero communication my son is very disappointed about not getting his mini figures i not worried about losing the money its the disappointment in a child that bothers me I would strongly advise getting your stuff from a more reputable source

I ordered some Lego minifigures and was given a delivery time of a few days. A few weeks later, I hadn't received any of my items and I came to the conclusion that I had been scammed. Then I received an update out of the blue about a massive delay with an apology for the inconvenience. My items were then sent out first class and I received them yesterday. The items on the website were good value. It would have been nice to receive an update a lot sooner than I did, but nevertheless, I got my items in the end. I'm giving four stars because this company could improve on their communication and customer service, but don't jump to conclusions and assume that it is a scam website like I did, and like most of the reviews suggest. Give them a chance :)

I left a review last week stating my concerns with this company.
In truth, my order arrived today and the quality is good.
Customer service on the other hand is horrendous, and it is not surprising people believe this is a scam.
My order arrived 11 days after due date, I would have no issues with that normally, but there was no confirmation email, no response to any queries, nothing.
But is it a scam? No, just bad communication.

Same as everyone else. Money taken, no order received, no replies to any emails or help chat. FRAUD

Horrendous do not buy never all my order. Don’t reply to any emails now going to get refund through the bank and urge others to do the same !

Not receiving my order. A month over the limit. I ordered from them twice before and received my parcel on time, but now that it is not arriving this time, they do not even bother to check their messages on the shop app or their own website. It is ridiculous. I urge you to use AliExpress or some other more reliable website for figures.
