Be aware if you live outside Japan — this store is not friendly to international customers.
I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received.
I bought a skirt in Japan, and my husband brought it to me abroad. When I contacted the company, I explained that the skirt was damaged the first time I wore it and had never been washed. I attached photos and politely asked for support.
Their immediate response was to ask me to ship it back to Japan, completely ignoring how impractical that is for someone living overseas. Since international shipping would take weeks or even months, I told them I would fix it myself and asked for a small coupon as a goodwill gesture. It wasn’t compensation — just a sign they cared. They refused.
Their replies felt robotic, with no flexibility or concern for the customer’s experience. No one buys a full-price skirt only to not be able to wear it for months because of a defect they didn’t cause.
Even after I asked to escalate the issue, they just repeated the same message. I can’t recommend this shop, especially for customers outside Japan.
