Paints are too thin

I have purchased several of their paintings. Yes, the name is deceiving, they are a Chinese company, but most of paint by numbers companies are. My biggest complaint is that some of their paints are thinned down and with most colors you have to put on a second coat to get an even color look. Not only is that a lot of extra work, you can also run out of paint!

LadiesPop Hong Kong

First off, the name of the website implies it's in the USA, but it's in China. Usapaintbynumbers.com is the same Chinese company "LadiesPop Hong Kong" as mypaintbynumbers.com, and you can read all the negative reviews here on Trustpilot. There is not even a company address or phone number on their website. That said, I've increased my rating because I eventually did receive the item purchased and the canvas and brushes are not too bad. If you do receive the item you purchased and are dissatisfied though (e.g. perhaps because there are fewer paint colors than the picture on the website), note that it will likely be impractical to return it because you'll be stuck paying unexpectedly for return shipping to China.
