Additional duty and tax for orders made from EU nations

Customers ordering needs to be notified before placing order that they will be charged duty and tax as additional cost separate from shipping charges especially those within the EU eg United Kingdom. I have to pay £36.13 for duty and tax for just the athro 7 I bought. I am not pleased with this development. Wish I knew before ordering.

nice

I got this for my son who was hurting in both knees. If he believed it would help he might be better at consistency. So far (end first month) not much of a difference. He still hurts. He is an active 30-year-old just tryng to stay in the work place.

Arthro-7

It is the greatest product. I was in so much pain even on pain pills the pain was sever. I saw a commercial fro Arthro-7 and tried it. So glad I did. The pain went from a 10+ to a 1 to 2 depending on the weather.

My knees work again!

It seems that when I turned 60 in October 2015, my body started really falling apart. My knees have been a problem since they were dislocated in a car accident when I was in first grade. I have very little cartilage under my knee caps. My knees have swelled over the years, the first time was in High School when I could barely walk up the stairs. Fast forward to my 40's, I got a horse and started riding regularly. The stabilizer muscles that hold the knee cap in place strengthened and my knees were better than ever before. But last year, they started cracking more, swelling more often and hurting all the time. I tried Doctor's Clinical Arthro 7, a last resort before medical intervention. I don't want a knee replacement before I am 80 (ideally). I know eventually I will need that surgery, but I am fighting for my own good health as long as possible. After two weeks on this supplement, my knees are good. Not 100%, but so much better than they were for the first six months of this year. I am a fan!

No word from the company on an order

Ordered a product and never received it nor was cost taken out of my checking account. I waited 3 weeks even though it was to be shipped to me in 7 days. I called the company and they said my purchase was on back order. Could they just have taken a minute and told me this through an email?

Complaint about your shipping procedure

I ordered Arthro-7 on the 7th of May and it is now the 23d and I still do not have my order. I called your Customer Service today and he told me it would be delivered today. My mail has been delivered and no pkg. Which I told the gentleman, but he kept insisting that it would be delivered today. It is now 9:30PM and I still do not have my order. On tracking the order it was held up in Hebron, Ky for several days and then sent to Everett, Wa. at 9:59 this AM. I think you should be using a more reliable method of shipping then depending on what you are doing now.
If Arthro-7 really works for me I would hesitate on reordering if I have to go through all this again.

Amazing!

I rarely review products, because in my experience, they don't work. However, this one DOES work. After only 10 days, the stiffness and pain in my left knee was GONE, ZERO, NO PAIN! I was shocked. I would recommend Arthro-7 to everyone who has joint pain or arthritis. I am a customer for life. Thank you so much!
