What a brilliant idea, being able to try out expensive electricals before making the purchase. I rented the Shark 5 in 1 hair dryer for a month, I'm not going to rent the dyson for a month to see which I prefer. The process is extremely easy, they even send a return label and have royal mail collect the box from your house at the end of the rental. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

The device (a 360 camera) we hired, appeared to be brand new. Good drop off and pick up process. They were good on communication.

You can’t book ahead of time just yet, I hope this is something they find a way of offering in future.

I rented an Kobo e-reader for travelling so I didn't have to carry lots of books with me and the service was fantastic. Helpful and responsive customer supporter, as well as easy ordering and returning. A great option as I would only use an e-reader when I'm away for a while so I didn't want to buy one just for that.

Easy to use, good range of products, great idea - I loved the fact that I could hire a Dyson Airwrap before I made the commitment to buy. Then, having liked the product, I was able to chose to purchase that item, with a warranty. So no worrying about dodgy Ebay sellers, etc.. Great model and friendly, efficient service. Thanks guys.

From the simple ordering process, to the on time (in fact early) delivery and the easy return, hiring a Dyson airwrap for my event was perfect. I will definitely use again and have no hesitation in recommending Rundle for anyone who wants to hire…it’s also a great way of testing a product before purchasing.

Great experience and fantastic customer service and communication. Was able to test out a shark flex styler to see if it worked on my hair before paying £300. An amazing opportunity to trial a product before committing. Easy returns process also, would use again.

I was really intrigued using this service because it enabled me to try something before I purchased which helped me out massively with making my decision. The rental was a very reasonable price considering the device value. I had some issues with the ID checks during check out and the customer service team were extremely helpful and responsive. I personally got slightly confused with returning the device because royal mail didn't turn up to collect on the same day my rental ended so I took it to the post office myself but this doesn't seem to have caused an issue. Royal mail did show up the following day. Overall I would really recommend Rundle and I would definitely use them again.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and affordable the rental was. And that they offered a relatively rare piece of tech (RayBan Meta Smart Glasses). The item was dropped to my house and collection was very easy.

Very happy with the service. Ordered a Dyson Airwrap to try for a week, arrived after 3 days (ordered on a weekend). Packaged well and the item was almost new and extremely clean. Loved testing it out for the week so I know it works on my hair without shelling out hundreds to buy and potentially return it. Repackaged it and stuck the included label on the night before the rental ended. Royal Mail came to collect after the week was up. Whole process worked seamlessly. Would’ve been nice to have a text or email from Royal Mail about the collection though as I wasn’t sure they were coming, but they did.

Had an issue with calibration initially but turned out to be my computer's problem. Because of it I couldn't use the Logitech G29 wheel for 3 days of my 7 day rental period. But they were extremely supportive and let me keep it for an extra 3 days. Great customer support. Only reason for 4 stars is the time gap between mail responses. But I guess as a small company, it does not yet have the resources for a full scale customer service centre. But all in all great experience and highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent out gaming stuff before deciding to buy. Looking forward to my next purchase.

Such a great company, in my case I been looking to purchase a Meta 3 Quest. But I was unsure if I could handle, VR. I didn't fancy spending nearly £500+, I came across Rundle.
The rental fee had 10% off, placed my order on a Monday and received my Meta Quest the Saturday. Support is excellent, had a mail to check that the Meta Quest had arrived safely so that insurance could be activated.
I had to return the Meta Quest early, no issue for support team .
Would highly recommend , and I intend to use again.
