Very good and prompt service.
From initial contact to funds being placed in my account was only 4 days.
Paperwork a bit long winded

V5 solutions. Well I met with them. After checking that all my paperwork was in order, and that my info was correct, the amt. I had requested was in my bank acct. and available within the hour. No quibbles, and I am able to use it. The repayment plan seems appropriate. An easy company to deal with. And by the way, they actually came to my home. So, I did not have to travel to their offices. A great idea.

Having used your company a few times to get myself out of a crisis , I have appreciated the fast service and efficient friendly staff. I appreciate their ability to assess what I can truly afford and help me stick to a manageable budget.
I have only one criticism, which has nothing to do with the personnel, but upon issuing a cheque for the loan, I find it irksome, in fact greedy, to charge at Cash Converters for an instant payout on this cheque. I know the argument will be ' well , we are different companies', but you are affiliated and I do think this is unfair. These cheques should be instantly cashable, like a giro cheque with no added charge at a local bank . Fair comment guys?

I have used the company twice, and been really pleased with the service provided. I work in a customer service industry, so really appreciate when staff are efficient. All three members of staff, in Norwich, have been excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you.

Horrifyingly expensive and always sending you letters and charging or each one sent. Avoid at all costs

It was so simple to use just one phone call or a couple of preliminary checks, then one meet with an agent the following day and the money was in my account in 30 minutes. Couldn't ask for a better service highly recommend them to anyone.

Very nice staff who are very laid back,flexible payment but my advice is pay off as much as u can when you can but a big help when you need quick cash.

V5 are so easy to deal with ,they are simple to borrow off and offer and easy to use solution, They do not hassle you and if needed are on the end of a phone to help ,I would be pleased to recommend them and when needed will use them again

Very quick to process application and release funds. The ladies in the office are very friendly and approachable. They do what they can to help.

Arranged app for loan over the phone, agent came to my home and sorted the loan straight away, explaining all the small print and then the cash was in my bank account within an hour
Superb! !!

Never had any problem phone calla or letters and lets me just get on ans pay and.forgot that i even have a loan! Would recommend.
Only issue is that i couldnt change car on policy when i wanted to swap cars so makesure your not planning on selling within loan period
