I have been a customer with V5 Solutions for many years now and I have a very strong relationship with them. They make the paperwork easy to understand and everything is explained thoroughly before you make your commitment. I would definitely recommend V5 solutions to anybody who wish to have a loan against their car.

This is the third time I have used V5 solutions for a necessary cash injection when I needed it. Their representatives always explain everything very clearly and are extremely helpful, whether it is your first loan or 3rd. Their customer service team are always at the end of the phone should you want any assistance with or information about you account and are always amicable if for any reason you fall on hard times during your repayment period. There is no reason this company deserves less than a 5 start review, just remember that it's a secured loan and be aware of the risks that you could face if you do not keep up you repayments.

this was a epic experience really pleased with everything was a bit worried about repayment prices but once it was explained to me I was happy as a flying pig I would recommend it to anyone

Excellent service and would highly recommend.

I needed help with money quickly and these guys were happy to help. I had an appointment made for the same day and had funds within an hour of completing paperwork. Staff were polite and helpful

I do not recommend anyone to use this company ,their customer service is really bad from the manager Andrew Kahumbu to his customer service staff, they lie,rip offs and a nightmare to do business with ,i do not recommend anyone to use unless you want stress in the long run.
THE ONLY REASON WHY THEY HAVE SOME GOOD REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE IS BECAUSE WHEN THEY PROCESS YOUR LOAN THEY CHARGE YOU £30 TO DEPOSIT THE MONEY IN TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 1 HOUR,
BUT THEY THEN SAY O IF YOU LEAVE US A GOOD REVIEW WE WILL DEPOSIT THE MONEY IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT STRAIGHT AWAY THEN WE SCRAP OF THE £30 CHARGE.
These people starts stressing you from the very first second they offer you the loan by deducting your money for fast payment but you wont notice it then because most people who use log book loans have bad credit history and desperate for cash.

I like V5 Solutions because it is local so I have met the people involved. They always treat me as a valued customer being polite, courteous and very helpful. I have received excellent advice regarding the best options for repaying the loan and getting top up loans when necessary.

V5 have helped me a few times and I would use them again tomorrow! Always so helpful never judgemental. Lovely lovely team they have working there too, would highly recommend.
