Birthday Vacay Booked!

No complaints! I was able to book a vacation deal with Kinson, and Jacob confirmed the reservation for me with BluGreen! Kinson and Jacob were both friendly and professional; and Kinson was quite patient with me as I called him three times before I booked. LOL

Working with VacationVIP…

Jacob Cardinale of the VacationVIP Concierge Team was great to work with. Had a little hick-up through the process, but was handled nicely by them. Nobody was at fault, fixed it and now off to vacation. I'd recommend working with him and their team, have always treated me well.

DOUBLE BOOKING

False advertising and double booking! Too be passed on to Wyndham or Bluegrass in order to honor the dates of my reservation that I chose based on my availability was tacky as hell. I was told that my dates were available but when I called to confirm what my credit card and 15 minutes on my prior conversation should have confirmed I was told there were no tours available for my dates. They knew this before booking me. I attempted to book online but the start day of my reservation was not available. I came out of the booking and days later a rep called me wanting to know why I didn't complete my reservation and if she could help. I explained to her that my start date was not available and there she went with the larceny!!! "We have inventory thats not available online but yes your dates are good!!! Only to call and be told that the dates aren't available and the only way to compensate for my dates is to pass me to another entity! TACKY TACKY TACKY*************

TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY YOU CALL ME AFTER SEEING THIS REVIEW AND WANT TO KNOW IF IM STILL INTERESTED IN BLUEGRASS AFTER READING MY REVIEW WELL YOU NOT GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK IM WITHIN A WEEK OF A HOLIDAY WEEKEND SO EVERYTHING IS BOOKED UP....YEAH IM KEEPING MY MONEY AT THIS POINT...THEN YOU OFFER ME TO SWITCH MY RESERVATION TO A "DOMESTIC" LOCATION. SO MY QUESTION IS WHAT ARE THOSE OPTIONS HER RESPONSE WELL WE HAVE WESTGATE AND SOME OTHER PROPERTY...OH SO YOU DO HAVE WESTGATE YES MA'AM ITS AVAILABLE IN LAS VEGAS, FLORIDA....@#:&$:&^%#$&&%##!!!!!!!!!
