I had the worst thing happen to me my booking was cancelled by mistake a week before my trip not only was Andrew professional but also compassionate and took care of everything my babies are going to be so excited to travel to Orlando for their first trip thank you for making lemonade out of this lemon of a situation.

Wasted time with terrible service
Because of Airline change my flight, I tried to contact your Company to get solution for our situation. I got information that your Company did not work in weekend. Waiting for Monday I the results are 4 time waiting over 1 hours but the system still say waiting time is 12 minutes, 7 minutes, 4 minutes. After 1 hour waiting on the line, your system drop my phone without any reason
If you are not open, just let us know, do not cheating us like this.
