Caution! I got charged 399dls, I talked to one of your agents 6 hrs after the charge to cancel because the dates I had reserved were not available and she told me to dispute the charge, I would get my money back after 40 days,it’s been 3 months, I didn’t get my money back. I didn’t have my vacation ☹️☹️

Angie was amazing
Angie was amazing! Her customer service is outstanding! I called to make vacay arrangements during my own work day and she was so understanding when I had to put her on hold 3x! She made me feel as if I were their in person in her office and she really cared about our needs and wants for our family vacation. We were indecisive about which resort to stay at, we changed our minds 3 separate times, Angie didn't even sigh, she was very kind, patience, and always had a cheerful attitude making sure we were satisfied 100%.

Let's start by saying if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is!! So they complelty get you, if your single female making 60,000 a year instead of the nicer westgate resort they will tell you you qualify for exploria express which is a 53$ a night hotel smh! This is just such a scam ! They tell you you have to pay 13% of the dailey fee and then a resort fee, then when they went to refund me said they had trouble with my card and will have to send a check now it's a waiting game! I will say roxy was very nice on the phone but nice isn't going to make them not a shady company !!
