Andrew was great
Andrew was great. We were alittle disappointed that what we were told when we bought the vacation was not what happened. It will be our 50 th wedding anniversary and wanted it to be special. Michael made it better but I think when they are selling this trip they should tell you up front that if you’re on ss you will be treated different. Again not Andrews or Michaels fault they helped us as much as they could. They went the extra mile.

I called agency but had to request call back instead of holding on the phone. Was very pleased to receive call back in about 10 min . Andrew Matos was very helpful, made the whole process of confirming dates very easy and pleasant. He went over all rules and details of the stay. Email confirmation was received about 5 min after the phone call ended. Overall nice experience.
