Products Not As Advertised.

I ordered 3 dresses, 2 of the 3 were not the same. They sent similar products but not what I ordered and not what was advertised. Material super cheap and delivery took over a month. I had to send numerous emails before they actually shipped the products.

Poor customer service returned shoes a…

Can I give negative stars? Poor customer service returned shoes over a month ago every day customer service Acknowledged return saying I will get my refund and wait a few days a month later still no refund crooks!!! Please don’t buy from them. Will now need to report to credit card company no option! I recommend everyone waiting for refund to do the same.

Update received refund last week nearly 5 months after original request please save yourself the stress and phone bill calling Italy!

The worst customer after care I have…

The worst customer after care I have ever received... The sandals purchased I was pleased with but no dust bag provided. Once I checked and was advised they should have one included they would not send me one. The best they could offer for something I had already paid for was a free shipping for my next purchase!!! Like I will shop with them again!!!! Absolutely NOT and I strongly advise others not to either. For such a large business and particularly in times of Covid you would have thought with distance selling they should be going above and beyond to keep their customers happy. Very Disappointed ☹️

advice

advice: a very bad product with very bad dishes and too expensive. I bought a clean one for 6 weeks now that it is broken. I came back with complaints! they want to dissolve again with glue. really very bad (Amsterdam)

I wouldn't even give them a 1

I wouldn't even give them a 1 star! I really wished that I read these reviews before placing an order from Valentino. The worst decision of my life. I ordered an item which I returned, I have yet to receive even an acknowledgement let alone my refund. Absolutely disgusting customer service for such a big brand. I will never buy from this brand again! Stay clear, do not order from them or you will regret it.

Ordered a bag in late June and never…

Ordered a bag in late June and never received it because UPS lost the package. They won't assume responsability and refund my money back. I keep calling their horrible customer service and they always tell me they will have an answer for me by the next day. Of course the answer never comes. I'm writing this on the 27th of July, after almost a month of ordering the product...

Worst customer service !

I order the Rockstud wedge Sandal to pick up in store I went to Rodeo drive to pick up I asked for a bag because I was carrying more stuff, she said I cannot give you a bag “store policy” I asked if I was able to try them on she said “ No” do to COVID-19 I can understand that but she was super rude! She also said the store has nothing to do with online orders ! I spend $815 and you can’t even give me a bag. Lol Balenciaga offered me water bottle. They need to hire people that loves working there same thing with your customer service over the phone !!!! They’re so rude and don’t help at all.

I ordered valentino small v escape…

I ordered valentino small v escape grainy bag from online boutique. when i recieved i found that it totally different from description and picture.

On their site they describe that "inside pouch" but the one i recieved no inside pouch

And the picture show that there is a valentino word stamp at back of the bag but the one i recieved there is no valentino word stamp

I try to sent email to support team but now 7days past and still no response

Now i dont know what should i do

Please dont order from online boutique cause you can face same problem with me

It’s hard to believe such a brand could…

It’s hard to believe such a brand could be a scammer.. but sad to see that they have turned in to a scammer.

Do not order anything online, they don’t send you receipts, phone number is wrong, you emailed them everyday without getting a reply, once they get your money end of it story. They don’t send you the product you paid for..

So shame, I would have never thought this would happen with such brand, but I don’t think they will last too long..

PLEASE PLEASE don’t order anything online, if you want to buy something buy it Directly from the shop.

JUST DONT DO IT

JUST DONT DO IT! I ordered 4/10/2020 and waited the absurd 50 calendar days (wish from China doesn’t even take that long) and here I am middle of June and still waiting. Endless emails back and forth. It’s just insane. Putting a claim in with PayPal and making sure to let their next victim to NOT put themselves through this. Not worth it at all.

I ordered a ring on April 7

I ordered a ring on April 7, 2020 and have yet to receive anything from them in the mail. Any time I email the company to receive any sort of update on the shipment, they copy and paste the same message to me telling me the amount of days it takes to deliver and it has been WELL OVER the amount of days. I’m continuing to demand a refund and I have not received a thing. I strongly suggest not to use this company.

A bit of a risk, but the prices are fine

Ordered a ring April 1,2020 along with a bracelet & the ring arrived May 13,2020. I didn’t care about the ring because it was free & it came correctly with the size and everything. Yet I ordered a bracelet too which was not free , and I still haven’t received it but they say “Items come in different packages” so I’ll give it another month.

Simply....FRUAD, THIEVES, SCAMMERS

Simply..... these people or THIEVES!!! I order a birthstone ring back in September 2019 and STILL have not received anything. When I email them, it takes forever for a response and when they do respond, it's always 6-8 weeks longer. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! Do your research. They will take your money and you will nevwr see the product or your money again!

I wish I would've read the reviews about this scam before my purchase! SCAM, WASTE OF TIME

Ordered a "sterling silver" ring.... definitely received a plastic one.... AND the ring I received was NOT the one I purchased online...

Took over 40 days to receive so returning and dealing with a refund was pointless

I wish there was a 0 star rating!!

I wish there was a 0 star rating! I ordered my ring BEFORE THANKSGIVING and I still have not received it...it’s March 17th! Every single time I order they tell me 6-10 more weeks and then this last time was “it was lost in transit” which was January and I STILL haven’t received anything. I reached out this week, and of course I get no reply at this point. No jewelry. No refund. What a joke!! Do NOT buy!!!

Scam

Ordered the ring December 5th and it is now March 10th and still not received. Received so many conflicting emails from them. Can’t track it, we tracked it and it is in your country, on the way to your country. Don’t worry....it’s insured if it gets lost so you will get a replacement. Sorry we don’t do replacements on promotional items and on and on. It’s not the money...it is the principal. What a scam
