Able to process and check photo before downloading and using points. Image enhancer is very good as you have manual adjustment of de-noise and sharpness. Sometimes it is better to just slightly improve an image and not run too much AI. Depends on the photo original. Rewarding to keep trying different settings and not be charged until the final download.

Best tool for face enhancement. Unfortunately landscape is much weaker.

Software is ok, but support is terrible. Not easy to get an answer

Vance AI the best software for photo repair and enlarge

PROS:
- Decent image scaling.
- Great noise reduction.
- Nice image filters.

CONS:
- Their software doesn't do a good job fixing or enhancing faces. I tried numerous pictures of varying sizes and qualities and absolutely all of them ended up looking like other people.
- Almost every single time it would create objects out of picture imperfections such as dust and scratches.
- Image processing is VERY slow. I downloaded the desktop app, because according to the instructions on their website it performed much faster, however when I tried to use my credits, it wouldn't allow me to use them. I had to pay separately.
- When I contacted them about these issues, they blatantly responded with a no and included a screenshot highlighting a policy that indicated they were in no obligation to provide refunds if the user "didn't use the product" or "didn't read the instructions". I was baffled. Several back-and-forth and nothing. Ironically, on the other hand they said that they were committed to improve the software so that I would not be inconvenienced in the future. However, beware, these people are not customer centric and will NOT return your money no matter what.
- If their AI features suck, then I'm back on square one with my current non-AI tools which work perfectly for the rest of the things this software is ok at.
- Their suite of software is also unnecessarily complex. They should've included everything in a single piece of software rather than trying to bleed out every penny possible from customers. This of course makes for a dilute and expensive solution.

great tool, worth the money, delivers very good results, easy to use, could get a bit slow in rush hours, wish i could save/load finetune settings.

Chinese Scam. This is a Chinese company, which won't honor the refund policy. I tried the product and the results were terrible. I even sent my before/after photos to the customer service. After I got this trouble, I also so many reviews had the same issue. I paid by paypal and finally got my money back from Paypal.

I thought your program was a breeze to use. I don't understand the credits. Thank you.

A trade-off in upscaling

By using AI to upscale AI generated pictures to make them available for sale as posters and prints i have found that being able to choose and modify as many parameters as there is available is the best method although it relies heavily in tedious "open-source spaghetti".

Artistic forms of Upscaling are popular because they simplify the task but fail to achieve a format free from the niche mold of what is known as AI Art.

With VanceAI it is possible to have a simple yet flexible method to achieve a photographic feeling good for the texture of printed paper like no other upscaling service has made available so far.

Poor customer service!
Be prepared not to get your money back when requesting a refund. I still don’t understand why, as all I’ve received is, “Sorry, we can’t issue a refund due to our refund policy.” I contacted them immediately after making the purchase because I didn’t like the product, and I didn’t violate any of the refund policies mentioned on the website. Vivien, next time, please explain why instead of just saying “sorry.”
