Very helpful

Everyone I have spoken to at Vector Cloud is very helpful and doesn't make me feel silly for calling no matter how small the problem!

First Class Organisation

We have used VectorCloud as our IT partner for many years and they have always done a first class job. Telephone and engineer support on site is excellent and they have never let us down. They even came in over the weekend when we were under pressure with an office move and that was superb customer service when we really needed it.

Great company with great staff.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Quick response to any IT issues we have and proactive in ensuring that we are protected against threats and have the latest software updates.

Server Changeover Success!!!

The highly skilled technicians working on our server changeover were very pleasant and helpful. The transition went as smoothly as it could have and the technicians even found time to periodically bring us snacks, treats and hot drinks!
At one point when one of our older engineers was feeling warm I actually seen one of the Vector guys fanning him to cool him down. When the server was changed over, the guys from Vector then celebrated by cleaning all of our cars. What a great bunch of guys.

I've had to make contact a couple of times because of questions arising from our quality system and always get prompt and helpful answers that have satisfied external auditors

There are better options out there, not recommended

Vector Cloud fell way below our expectations. They have failed to deliver on many of the commitments they made to us, and have even ended up causing us IT issues which we were forced to take the lead on rectifying when they were adamant that it couldn't have been caused by them.

Now that we have taken the decision to end the cover provided by them, they have failed to complete the simple tasks agreed on to finally terminate our relationship.

It has not been a terrible experience, but definitely one I would not like to repeat. I will be happy to update my review once they finally manage to complete the off-boarding process agreed on over a week ago...
