Gel products/ service
Bought some hair products from venuscosmetics for the first time. Upon my delivery noticed one missing gel, I called the company to let them know the guy I spoke to was very polite, helpful and apologetic about the mistake, assured me the mistake will be sorted. I was very satisfied about the phone call chat and later on I got an email to let me know the other product was out of stock so they would refund me the difference which is exactly what they did with no hustle. I would recommend this company, delivery came sooner then expected and products were well packaged and most importantly I will be ordering from them again in future.oh email communication was fast and easy as well..

Amazing service/Quick delivery/Good products
I could not ask for a better service!
I put in the wrong delivery address and noticed within a hour so I emailed the customer service and luckily my ordered hadn’t been processed yet so there was time to change the delivery address.
They were polite and well mannered.
Delivery was very quick and the products are just as specified, very good.

Ordered goods fast delivery and hood price. Realised I had ordered the wrong items so contacted them for return. They tried to find the actual goods I should of ordered but out of stock. So returned goods and received refund 2 days after they received them back. Great customer service would recommend.

Excellent product
Excellent product. Efficient delivery after the order was placed and well packaged with recyclable cardboard. Only niggle was that initially the item was not available and I gave my email to be notified when it was. I never received an email.
