My original review is below. I have now downgraded Vesta Stoves from a 4-star to 3-star for the following reasons:
1. Two of the six fire bricks lining the inside of the stove have come loose before even using it. These can be glued back with fire cement but it’s not something you’d expect for a new product and at extra expense to me.
2. The flue CANNOT be secured effectively with the single thumb screw provided on the top of the stove. I’ve drilled through holes in the flue and bought more screws and wing nuts to secure effectively but it’s not something that should need to be done to a new product, a really bad design fault.
3. Having emailed Vesta Stoves several times to request a delivery date for the log store, also on the same order, I’ve had no response from them. I wouldn’t mind waiting but without a reply the only assumption I can make is that it isn’t going to arrive so I shall be contacting my credit card company at the end of this week.

Firstly I don’t write many reviews but seeing the number of reviews regarding Vesta Stoves and the fact that I appeared to be in a similar predicament of having an unfulfilled order I thought I’d write one.
I ordered a Fiesta garden stove, log store and various accessories on 24th April (order 68251) for a predicted delivery date of 9th June. This date came and went and I was promised 15th June that also passed without a delivery. Email communication with Vesta was reasonably effective though several emails never got a reply. I was then promised 22nd June and an email from TNT confirmed this.
I took delivery yesterday and everything except the log store arrived safely and without damage.
The parts were well packaged though I can see that a rough handling by TNT could easily have damaged the stove or parts. I may just have been lucky with my driver.
On inspection everything looks well made but I have yet to use it so cannot comment on how effective the stove is or its durability.
There are a few design features that could be improved on as have been commented on by several reviewers, particularly how the flue connects to the top of the stove, but an effective solution is not beyond a basic bit of DIY. If you don’t possess those skills then you may find using a professional installer something worth considering.
So in summary, the company is genuine, it is fulfilling orders (though John if you’re reading a date for the log store delivery would be appreciated as we can only hold on for so long), but the company appears to be REALLY struggling to fulfil those orders it’s got and probably still accepting more, so delays and poor communications may continue for some time to come.
I think Vesta is sufffering as a result of its success since the Fiesta garden stove does appear to be somewhat unique and the lockdowns have no doubt caused a huge spike in demand. I hope this provides some small reassurance for those of you still waiting with outstanding orders or issues and hope that Vesta keep trading, not only to fulfil those orders people have already placed, but to be a successful UK company.
I ordered my outdoor stove on 19th May following a recommendation from a friend. I was advised on ordering that delivery would be 4 weeks. The DD in my confirmation was in fact almost 10 weeks. I immediately challenged this and it was changed to 24May (which was 5 weeks). On 20 May I received an email advising my stove wa being manufactured. Disappointingly the email does not advise how long this process will take. It is now 9 weeks since I ordered and paid for my stove. I have written several emails, messages on messager and tried to call via telephone. Sadly despite the message on the telephone answerphone advising the best way to make contact is via email I still have been unable to contact anyone for an update. I empathise with the difficulties relating to brexit and covid and fully understand the challenges to answer emails and telephone when it’s a small business however the lack of communication is simply exasperating the situation. I don’t want to cancel my order (which was meant to be a birthday gift)however I am concerned that I have no idea if or when I will
Receive it and based on some of the reviews on this site I also have concerns about correspondence should there be any problems if and when it is delivered. I like May other people who have left reviews are desperately trying to support local businesses but unfortunately this service is far below the standard it needs to be to promote and recommend
Really sorry to have to join the huge list of people recording a terrible service from this company. I wish I had checked here before ordering!!
I also want to support a British company, and I also understand that Covid has hit all businesses, but failing to deliver and then ignoring customer queries isn’t the answer! I recognise some of the comments about the product below, the chimney doesn’t fit (you have to make it fit yourself!!) and they will sell you a cover that doesn’t fit if the chimney is installed!!! But the bigger problem I have is that they failed to deliver part of our order and are just ignoring requests for that to be rectified. That’s not on and it looks like I will have to sue to recover.
So bottom line is that whilst you might want to support a “family run British business” choose another company….. that is unless you are happy to just give somebody your money!!!
I sent a e Mail asking Vesta Stoves for some springs for the door lock on my garden Stove, and within a couple of days the new springs arrived, fantastic service and a great garden stove, one of the best

Like many, I placed an order early April, to be advised at the time of delivery on 4th June.
On 20th May, I received an email stating that it was now in manufacture. (Conscious that quite a few people received the same email on the same day looking at other reviews....)
4th June = no delivery. We are having ours built in to a new veranda type structure and had arranged for the work this week (WC 14th) - 10 days after scheduled delivery. As such, progress on our project has ground to a halt.
Having sent 3 emails now seeking an update, I have received no reply whatsoever.... I so, so, so want to support an independent British ,manufacturing business in challenging times. I also hate airing my grievances in public. However, it appears I have no other option as looking at other reviews this approach appears to be the only way of gleaning any communication from Vesta...
I only want to know when my order, (now 2 weeks overdue) will actually arrive - especially since I paid £1k some 10 weeks ago?
Worst Customer Service EVER !
This company ignores emails and now has a pre recorded message on their phones, so you are unable to speak with anyone regarding your order.
They were happy to take payment of £900 + back in March .
Please do not give your hard earned money to this company and ignore the delivery date that they state at the time of order as it will be much longer if at all.
OMG !!! Don’t touch this company !!! No phone contact only respond to threatening emails.. this star rating is manufactured NO WAY are people leaving good reviews ! Order no 67817. I placed my order on 2nd April knowing there was a delay in delivery times, but was advised it would arrive by 27th May 2021. I received an email on 20th May to say it was "in manufacture" and I have heard nothing since, despite emailing and trying to call. And now having read the reviews below, I'm worried about what I might actually receive should it ever arrive! I would strong recommend this Company invest in some admin support and customer service. It's been a tough time for all of us but that's no excuse for ignoring your customers or generic responses on here! It's shameful that customers have to resort to Trust pilot to get any sort of response. Now, John, I paid my money in advance in good faith - please provide me with an update ASAP!
I'm sorry, I'm calling fake reviews on anyone who says they have had any replies from this company, unless its their stock cut and paste excuse on a review site. (Covid/Brexit/Cat ate paperwork).
I cannot see how I ordered my stove in March and eventually recieved a partial order with a poorly made stove on 11 June, despite a promised delivery date of 20 May, when some of the reviewers supposedly ordered later and got much earlier.
No pizza stone, marks on paint, badly fitting chimney and still no e mail replies, and phone never answered.
I want so much to support a small UK company, but the lack of respect shown to me and my wife, who's birthday present it was supposed to be, by hiding away from talking to customers is appaling.
I have proof of their service and workmanship, I suspect others on here don't.

Having trawled the internet looking for a good quality outdoor fire I was delighted to find Vesta Stoves. Prior to placing my order I did read the Trustpilot reviews but decided not to be swayed by some of the more negative feedback. I placed my order mid April and by the end of May had received the fire. I did email Vesta on a couple of occasions for product update etc and received a prompt response each time. The fire has exceeded expectations, the workmanship is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

- I ordered a Vesta Stove on 25 March with expected delivery date 13 May.
- I received an email from Vesta on 6 April saying order was complete and was due to be shipped. I received no contact from TNT and no delivery.
- Since this time I have made many attempts to get a reply from Vesta by phone and email. Recent emails sent with no reply from you on 14/5, 25/5, 26/5 & 2 June.
I would like to know wether the order can be fulfilled and if so an approximate date or would Vesta prefer to make a refund.

We ordered our garden stove in February and received it within 4 weeks. Very impressed with the quality and have had no issues with it. We ordered it with a glass door and wheels which have been great. We have had no issues with customer service either unlike other reviews. I contacted them by email for advice on the stove and got a prompt reply. We have thoroughly enjoyed using the stove throughout the spring and now into summer.
Absolute shocking company!
Rusted after 1 day of rain, flue doesn't fit. Told me to cement it in but sold me a cover? Missing wheels off order, missing screw for the flue. Missing bar on log storage.
When someone does reply I get an answer like: rub the rust off with a cloth!
Says I can return but only if not used! Erm it rusted when outside for 1 day. Wish I could upload the picture so everyone can see. Shocking customer service

Order ref 67576. The wait for my two sided stove was long but that was not the issue. When it arrived it was missing the glass for one door, the optional wheels for the base do not pivot to allow it to move and one of the doors does not sit flush. All in all the product looks cheap and flimsy. I have sent several emails to request a replacement glass as I might otherwise have put up with the rest but can get no response, not even an acknowledgement and they do not ever answer the phone. Truly appalling customer service and substandard product for which I am now left with the unpleasant task of rejecting the product and getting a refund, a huge disappointment for an expensive product!
Since posting this the replacement glass was promised but has yet to arrive over a week later.

Extremely poor customer service from Vesta Stoves. I placed an order on 16-Mar for a pizza kit with an expected delivery date of 20-Apr. I have phoned them countless times but nobody ever picks up. I've emailed 4 times chasing the order, then a further 3 times requesting the order is cancelled for an immediate refund. I've had 1 reply on 07-May stating the pizza kit will be send out straight away. But no delivery and no further replies to my emails. Whilst the stove is fantastic (seems I was lucky there) the poor customer service means I cannot recommend this company at all. Avoid at all costs.

Further to my previous reviews, 4 months after we paid in full, 3 failed delivery slots and finally a request for a refund which was acknowledged. Nothing. No stove, no refund and no communication. Do not use this company unless you pay on delivery. Small claims snd trading standards it is.
