Veteran Locksmiths are always amazing. I’ve been using them for years. Very fast response, excellent customer service and reasonably priced for the quality received. I have them on speed dial if there is ever an issue.

For a small company, Veteran Locksmiths have a very professional approach, with helpful features like text messages and tracking options to know exactly when they're going to get to you. But at the same time, you get the personal touch of a small company.
This is the second time we've used them - the first time was shortly after we had moved in and needed some issues sorted out. The guys took a look at all the locks around the house while they were here and commented that the components used for the front door were not particularly good quality and a poor design. They would likely fail sooner than later. With that in mind they recorded some relevant data to make the process easier in the future in case an emergency callout was needed.
As it was, here we are 21 months later and the door mechanism started to give us hints that it was on its last legs.
Murray was very friendly and helpful explaining the reasoning behind what he was doing and what components he was supplying.
The install was expertly and quickly done and you can feel the quality of the new components every time you use the handle and lock mechanisms.
Highly recommended.

I popped into the shop in cowplain to enquire about our front door lock, Lisa arranged for Murray to come out later that day. I received a text message to say Murray was on his way and how long til he arrived. He then looked and assessed our door/lock and swiftly knew what was wrong. He took away the strip and lock in our door, replaced with a temporary 1 and told us he would take it to the workshop, fix it and bring back a day or so later, which he did. Communication was fantastic, brilliant service, I would highly recommend vetran locksmith to anyone.

Excellent service from start to finish. We called with our front door deadlock not working. Julian attended us promptly on time and managed to find a workaround to opening it. He could have easily recommended that we needed to change the lock, but gave an honest assessment, provided a fix and also was willing to come back to replace it if it failed again.

I locked myself out and called Veteran Locksmiths who were with me in no time and back in my home. Really professional and friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

We'd managed to lock ourselves out, we phone for help at 6pm and Murray arrived within about 10 minutes and had us back in in no time! No damage, no mess. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

The lock on our patio door went. Julian from Veteran Locksmiths attended. The mechanism needed to be replaced. He tried to get one from the manufacturers but they were no longer produced. So he got a generic lock and spent most of the morning making adjustments to make the new lock fit. He is obviously a conscientious and skilled locksmith and a very nice man as well.

I would highly recommend this locksmiths. They provide a very good service and are very experienced in dealing with various situations and people.

An amazing professional service . The response time is fantastic . I certainly feel like there’s nothing that’s to much trouble for them ….equally, they are a company that give you a high level of support and explanation on the fault / issue . I will never go elsewhere .
