Okay, so I was lucky that the guy was just finishing up a job just around the corner, but essentially problem solved in about 30 minutes of my ringing.

We had a lock fail on our 5 lever main door and were unable to lock the door and leave the property. We phoned Veterans locksmiths and were given an appointment within an hour. Murray arrived on time and had all the parts needed to replace the broken lock. He worked quickly and we were able to lock up within an hour! The lock has never worked as smoothly as it does now!! We highly recommend Veteran Locksmiths

We had a great experience using Veteran locksmiths. Ours wasn’t an emergency so I didn’t expect same day service but Murray arrived and fixed the stuck and broken key situation.
He was very good at his job and explained why the key had got stuck and changed the barrel there and then.
