Bought two months ago. Product is no good. Refused to give me a return address saying they would just refund. Complete scam, no refund. Will read reviews before I buy anything off the internet in future.

Ordered for 1 ear june 23rd its July 10th and still havent recieved. Tracking is uselessthe product never really seems to be moving anywhere.

If I had known this was a China company I would have never ordered, the website made you think they were based in California.
E mails from them (1) response to 5 e mails asking where my order was and it only suggested I use tracking to follow my order. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Absolute rubbish this is nothing but a scam, this is not a hearing aid but an amplifier that does not work. Not located in the USA as stated but are in surprise surprise china, suspect this is because they wouldn't get the same amount of sales by disclosing their real location. Also the 90 day money back guarantee just lies to generate more sales, guess I'll have to go through my bank in order to try and obtain a refund. Don't get conned

I wish I had these reviews before purchasing Vevo for my dad. It took two months to arrive, and did not work! No way to get around the ringing it causes, ringing loud enough for the whole room to hear. I have asked for a refund, but I doubt I will get it. There was no labeling on the package that the product was a "Vevo" either. Total scam. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Bad quality,broke when removed,then no answer to e mails .
Then the amazing Amazon ,sent me an identical one,great quality,cheaper,and all the accessories,cheaper too.
Do not buy from vevo ...you will not get a response after buying,a waste of money !!!

These were meant to have been sent about 3 to 4 months ago n still waiting. My post here cannot find the tracking number. So I have asked for refund so hoping I hear back

Bought a hearing aid online from Vevo.
Couldn't get it work no matter which ear bud I utilised.
Turn up the volume and got nothing but feedback.
Turn down the volume and got nothing!
I e mailed them asking the address to return it. They replied saying not to return it , bit to give it to someone else to see if they could use it.
They also said they would refund my money.
Needless to say , no refund has been forthcoming. That's 2 months ago.
As for the 'hearing aid'. I gave it to 3 people to try and none of them had any success with it.
DO NOT BUY THIS HEARING AID.
IT IS USELESS.

Stay away from this seller! Their hearing aids are terrible!

I failed to read the reviews and purchased a set of two. Took forever to arrive. I had a difficulty within a few days of the silicone domes remaining in my ear canal after removing the hearing device. Three times so far; I was able to get the domes out with tweezers after some time. And that was with me using their largest domes. About five days ago the batter door on one of the devices came off in my hand and will not go back in correctly. I have emailed the company three times and received no response, even though they pledge to answer emails within 24 hours. Two phone calls unanswered. You really do get what you pay for. Cheap is cheaply made.

To be fair, I found the non-adjustable sound to normally be wonderful. It was better than my $7000 pair of German hearing aids before. I found the squealing easily remedied. Just adjusting the seating of the device so that it made a good deal, and no squealing. There were times, however when the volume was so loud that certain conditions made them unbearable. There are no adjustments on the devices or phone apps.

They provide a 90 day trial period during which they say they are returnable and fully refundable. Of course if they refuse to respond to you, the 90 period is worthless.

DO NOT buy these devices. You’ve been warned!

Total scam. No contact to track orders. Learned the hard way.

Never received my order, also they present themselves as a US company but it based in China

I saw this review site too late as well. However, I am about to turn this over to my state AG as well as US AG Barr. In light of everything going on right now, I think he'll be interested to know that they fraudulently present online as a US country when they are based in China, and the product quality rip off. Who is with me? I have asked for an immediate refund. If it's not forthcoming, I will be taking the above steps.

Total scam company is in China as other reviews stated. Will not refund money. They do not fit in ear bulky totally worthless piece of crap. Save yourself some frustration. Go see a professional. Guess the bank will follow up with a dispute. Can’t believe they are allowed to operate as a legitimate site.

First of all it’s not a hearing aid. It’s nothing more than an amplifier that is not invisible. It does not fit into your ear canal. It’s the biggest scam I have ever fallen for. Please don’t get taken like I did. They told me I was getting a refund, but all they did was string me along and make excuses. I was never refunded.
Don’t fall for any of these advertising scams. If you feel you need a hearing aid, please go and have a professional fit you properly.
I wish I would have read the reviews before I got scammed.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT order, the product is terrible was promised a refund back in May they have now blocked our email address & half of our order never arrived. My mum is now £150 out of pocket. Terrible company.

I wished I had searched more reviews before ordering this device. I paid extra for expedited shipping--and then waited TWO MONTHS for delivery. I kept getting email replies that it was "on the way--and thanks for my patience." The device itself is terrible. Whistles no matter what adjustments are made and causes an echo. The sound of a spoon hitting the side of a dish is startling. Do not buy.

Do not use! Don’t believe the money back guarantee.....if you get the hearing aids they’re awful. They don’t reply to emails. As others have said please avoid and save your money!

I have to rate one star in order to write a review. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. We ordered this product on May 19, to date, we have not received our order. It is supposedly in New York. I've called and have left message, and now emails go unanswered. I just the money returned.

My Mom ordered a pair 4 weeks ago and she's still waiting.She tried to call the company but had to leave a voice mail for someone to get back to her,still no word from anyone.Its horrifying to know people out there think is okay to scam people especially our senior citizens who can't afford to be out that money.
