Revised: please read new review. These work just OK

If it sounds too good to be true... It may be a scam. I ordered both ears @ $109. They were "shipped" June 12 from China with a valid tracking number, and have answered email questions. BUT, they have been in "Jamaica, NY" for the last nine days. If I don't get them very soon, I will dispute the charge with my CC.
Revised: Arrived 6-10. Biggest problem - squeal. Tried different domes, no improvement. Cured by turning volume from mid range to about 1/3. My ears were cleaned of wax my my doc about 10 days ago, so that is not a factor. Small, comfortable to wear all day, decent manual, nice carry case, good battery life, esp for such a tiny battery. But I only hear about 20% better with the volume reduced. Still, that's enough improvement, I will keep them, until I can afford something better.

So far a big fat 0.....ordered june 3rd. Still waiting. I understand about possible delays. Just answer your emails and phones. You brag about your customer service and yet there is none. Did not check BBB first, should have. Grading of a D. I cannot afford this loss of money. Learning an expensive lesson. Please beware.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

HORRIBLE COMPANY. SCAM....Did not know the company was located in China. Their website said California. I never would have ordered from China. My mother received these after 3 weeks, and hates them. Tried calling for a refund, and no one answers the phone. Emailed them, and they don't answer the email. I disputed this with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered on May 26th

Ordered on May 26th. Shipping info shows the hearing aids are in Jamaica since June 2nd. I’ve emailed them for a refund ( they can get their hearing aids back from Jamaica). What a scam! Never again!

I ordered these hearing aids in May

I ordered these hearing aids in May. Nothing yet and its June 25th. The tracking numbers are false. They are no good. You can't get anyone to answer the phone or return an email. I am contacting our state attorney general about this. I recommend that you not order anything from these people. They are scam artist.

Company is based on China deceiving information …

THE PROBLEM IS THIS COMPANY IS BASED ON CHINA AND THEY DO NOT TELL THE CONSUMER THEY SAY WILL DELIVER IN 7-14 DAYSOR COURSE IS IMPOSSIBLE SINCE IS COMING FROM CHINA IF I KNEW THAT I HAVE NEVER BUY FROM THEM BECAUSE LIKE ANY CHINESE COMPANY THEN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE AND REFUND IS IMPOSSIBLE , I HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER AND HAS BEEN 4 WEEKS, I HOPE IT WORKS WELL

Vevo poor but HSBC refunded me

The hearing aids took 5 weeks to be delivered (after I emailed them a few times). I wasn't 100% happy with them when they arrived as they didn't fit totally invisibly for me personally but also they had a constant background humming sound. I asked Vevo for a refund and they agreed immediately but in spite of constant reminders I never received a refund. I contacted my bank HSBC UK and they promptly refunded me the £103 I paid, under the "chargeback" scheme for debit cards - my bank were brilliant but Vevo not so much!

No Refund Issued Despite Promises

My mother ordered hearing aids from this company which, when they arrived, were not of acceptable quality nor did they fit her ear canals. She contacted the company who stated under their 'guarantee' they would refund her. No refund has appeared after three weeks despite Vevo stating on their website that refunds take 2 to 3 days. Vevo are not responding to my mother's attempts to contact them. I feel as if this company has taken advantage of my mother who is now very upset about the whole situation. I would strongly recommend not using this company.

We purchased both aids

We purchased both aids, not really needing the right one. They advertised 7-10 day delivery. What a joke, it took 25 days from order date to actual delivery. I also ordered the extended warranty & that information still hasn't arrived. Their phone number has been disconnected, too!! My husband knew within a week they weren't going to work for him. I called the company and cancelled everything, was told NOT to return the aids (to give them to someone who might be able to use them) and that my credit card would be credited within 3-5 days. Well, here it is way more than 5 days later & nothing. They DO NOT respond to my messages either! Now I'm contacting my credit card company to see if they can help in getting back my refund. This certainly taught me NOT to order anything off the internet, especially from a company who doesn't give a crap about customer service!!

Save yourself buy one from Amazon or…

Save yourself buy one from Amazon or other reliable source. Vevo Fails to mention the product is shipped maybe from China expect 1 or 2 months for delivery. They will give you phony tracking numbers to boot. Ordered on May 11th today is 1 month - nothing. There is just is no reason to order from Vevo - as the other reviewers say - They may be just scammers.

Great for the price

I was told prior to placing my order that shipping may be delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic, but I did receive my order in 3 weeks. I was impressed by the quality of the hearing aids especially for the price. They work as well as many of the high end brands that I have tried. I have deducted a star due to batteries not lasting very long, however I did purchase a battery pack from them as well.

I ordered the right ear hearing aid

I ordered the right ear hearing aid. After chasing up the delivery I did receive it. The product was useless I couldn’t fit it into my ear with any of the different adaptions they send with the hearing aid. I contacted them to ask for their guaranteed no quibble money back statement. I did receive one email saying it would be forwarded to another department for payment. 3 emails later with NO reply I have had to do a chargeback on my card. As other review says the reviews on their site must be all false/bogus. Stay well clear !!

VeveHearing-- Do NOT buy anything from this company

Do NOT buy anything from this company! They might very well be a scam. I ordered my hearing aids over a month ago. It has allegedly been in my city area for 12 days now. In fact six days ago the tracking indicated that it was out for delivery but then later that day changed to "in transit awaiting address details from receiver". I presume that I am the receiver but no one has contacted me and the address information on the tracking list was accurate. I tried calling Vevo but guess what, their call center is closed due to the "pandemic". They recommended that I use their email which I did-- six days running to ask what the problem was that my order was not received. No one has responded. So I tried a new ploy and pretended to be an interested buyer. Within an hour, someone responded! So I came clean, told them about the deception and pleaded with them to find out what the problem was with my order. Surprise! No response! I tried calling and emailing the shipping company that they use-- CJ Packet, but their telephone line says that their message box is full and they have been unresponsive to my email.

Bottom line, do NOT do business with Vevo. More than likely all their "reviews" are as bogus as they seem to be!
