I love every painting I have had from Victoria moon I have done several I am doing two at the moment I am disabled and do not go out much so this an ideal way to relax and be creative

Throughout this COVID pandemic Victoria moon’s diamond painting has given me so much pleasure. I am on my 4th one ! The finished product always gives fantastic results and I find it very relaxing to do. Can’t rate this product highly enough.

Ordered 3 half drill diamond paintings for my niece's Christmas present. Only 1 item has been delivered and what has been delivered is not one of the items I ordered. Have tried emailing them multiple times, bit have not heard back in over a week. No phone number, so can't call them and have exhausted all modes of contact they provide so has come to leaving a negative review.

i do a lot of diamond painting and i can honestly say you get what you pay for , always lovely finished drills not stuck together or odd shapes a pleasure to complete

I have purchased a few pictures already (since March 2020 lockdown) in various sizes. Pastel colours (heart on a beach, dandelions), dark colours (neon tiger face), and even custome made one (a painting by Klimt). We love doing them! They are very relaxing, you just need a bit of space. The delivery can take a little while (3-4 weeks especially in lockdown) so you would need to calculate that in. Great quality and they were always prompt (24 hrs) with their replies to my questions via email. I had a few of those regarding the custom made items and they were always very helpful. Would recommend it to others (friends already ordered 3 for 2 deal) and we will order furthers ones too!

I have not received any notification or updates that it has been despatched... I live in the UK so not sure why it is taking so long
The tracking process does not work also

The company it seems is located in China and not in the UK or France as their business addresses state !!

I purchased a Four Seasons painting a while ago and lots of the paints run/ dried out due to the time of year. My painting then sat there for ages and months later I contacted Victoria Moon to see if they were able to send me more paints which they happily did. Great paintings and brilliant customer services.

I have been really impressed with all of my makes so far have made a few and framed them for family and friends especially as my son is expecting their 1st child in January and have made 2 for the nursery, my great niece and Nephew have one each which I sent flat to them for xmas, keep up the good work.

I ordered 3 painting kits on 5 November and I’m still waiting for delivery 20 days later. I now have a Yodel delivery number which states on tracking that it has left sender but it has been like this for the past 3 days. I’m becoming very concerned after reading other reviews with regards to delivery issues, particularly when each reply from VictoriasMoon has been the same generic response. Come on VictoriasMoon, show some decent customer service!!

Ordered very detailed picture and wasn't sure how it would turn out. I was amazed. Its fantastic and I know my daughter and son in law will be thrilled. Excellent service and response

Victoria’s Moon. Generally excellent products but I did have some diamonds missing from a picture once and got no reply when I contacted them through their website. Would recommend though.

I have now completed about twelve pictures which look stunning now that they are framed. The service I have received has been first class along with the quality and value for money of the pictures. My only problem now is that I don't have enough wall space to hang them - I have given a few away as welcomed presents to family and friends.

There’s thousands of designs for all tastes and each one comes well packed with everything you need. Victoriasmoon is the best diamond art product i have brought mainly for my partner Debbie we now have brought 10 of them and the wall's in our front room and up the stairs and hallway are gradually being filled with these exquisite pieces highly recommended

Good selection of pictures and we are also now trying the jewelled pictures which ate also good fun

Ordered 3 Diamond Paintings from Victorias Moon and they are all excellent quality for both canvas and drills all drills clearly labelled and very well packaged and plenty provided to complete the designs. Will be ordering again very soon as their delivery os much quicker than anywhere else

Victoria’s Moon have never failed in delivery quality or prices. The custom photos are brilliant cannot fault them really pleased with them.
