The items arrived in good time
The items arrived in good time; however, one arrived broken, but I contacted the company and they immediately sent out a new one. Their customer service was really good! But I think the packaging could use some information that the items are fragile. I would buy from them again; the items (Smurf statues) are really cute! :D

We are already working on new packaging for our entire range. In the meantime, we have added extra cushioning film to all existing packaging.
