Great service with a really great customer service!

Professional and friendly staff focused on customer service, easy to use platform, and multiple seamless integration options. We have been using Virtualbadge for almost two years now and are very happy with it. The certificates can be created individually and intuitively and offer us real added value while completing our programs. Customer support is very easy to reach at short notice if we have any questions or urgent problems and provides solutions and answers. Regular feedback rounds provide space for criticism and ideas as needed. Suggestions and ideas are taken up and implemented by the Virtualbadge team, so that the tool is constantly evolving and becoming more user-friendly.

I cancelled the service a year ago after not using it, they have arbitrarily charged my account again, and once I wrote to customer support they said they'd look into it. And never responded to another email I sent them. Buyer beware.

VirtualBadge is another tool that fits my needs, but at an affordable price. Despite being easy to use and capable of automatically creating certificates, VirtualBadge could be improved in terms of design. However, the overall experience is good, especially with the robust analytics and performance tracking features.

Great software easy to use and what is the best that they have great support team (if you ever need it).

And love the ZAPIER connection, just out of a spreadsheet and trainees share the certification most of the time.

The only missing thing is a Team-Account, in the moment only one person can manage the whole certification-process.

However, besides that it´s a great software!
