Excellent customer service

I recently bought a bathroom basin. It was very good value compared to other sites. Unfortunately the basin arrived broken, I called VB and was called back within an hour and had a furth basin delivered 3 days later. Very impressed.

excellent service

I was looking for a specific toilet so was delighted to find one at last I was then given lots of help to find the correct items I needed and they also sent me links so I could check with my plumber that things were compatible. They were more helpfull than my local suppliers and will have no worries about ordering on line from this company again .

Awful experience - stay away!

I had a pretty bad experience with an order for a shower tray placed with Virtual Bathrooms a couple of weeks ago. Before placing the order, I had specifically asked the sales advisor to confirm their stock and that I would recieve delivery on a next day service. They confirmed to me after placing me on hold for 5mins (assuming they were checking physical stock in warehouse) delighted with this - I placed the order and made payment on a credit card right away. I was then called by the same sales advisor 10mins later informing that they actually do not have this tray in stock and would be a week before I receive delivery. In my view this was wholly unacceptable - especially as I had asked for them to check specifically before taking my payment. I was now told I could get a refund on my card which would take 4 working days or wait a week for the tray.
I would not order from these guys again - inaccurate information to a customer is not acceptable, in this case could have been avoided.

I’m very sorry you had a bad experience with us when you ordered your shower tray – we do try to go above and beyond to meet our customer’s needs and in this case we were unsuccessful. Please accept our apology and explanation of why things went wrong.

We received your call at 16.30. Despite the fact that we close at 16.30 and the cut off for next day delivery is 13:00, we tried to fulfil your order as we understood you had been let down by another company. We placed you on hold while we contacted the warehouse who tried to move mountains and, despite many of the team already having left for the day, several staff said they would stay on to fulfil your order next day even after the 1pm cut off had long since passed. The customer team member who processed your order over the phone did so in good faith, believing the order could be fulfilled.

However, while physically picking the product, the warehouse staff realised that particular spec of shower tray was unfortunately not in stock. We called you back as soon as we had this information, which was at 17:04. We offered the option to select an alternative product or to wait a week for delivery, which you declined. We then processed the refund on your card.
We are extremely sorry that our service did not go to plan, but please understand we did our best to try to fulfil your order. We do always try to go above and beyond. Unfortunately while trying to move mountains we neglected to consider other obstacles closer to home.

Thank you for your feedback. Your comments will help us streamline the processes between customer services and the warehouse so hopefully this situation can be avoided in the future. We hope you will consider using Virtual Bathrooms again so we can show you how much we truly care about our customers and the service we provide.

The wife is happy!

Bought 2 x mirrors from Virtual bathrooms with the advice of the team there. My wife is beyond happy with what we have - took us ages to find something to fit her niche specifications! Great advice and came pretty much straight away! Thanks

Geberit concealed cistern

Our concealed cistern started leaking on the weekend, and the simplest solution was to replace the entire unit. I ordered its replacement Monday morning, and had it delivered Tuesday morning. Very fast efficient service and delivery. Disassembling the bathroom furniture was a pain, but the replacement slotted into place perfectly, and is now sealed perfectly. I had a dialogue with one of Virtual Bathroom's colleagues to see if any part of the cistern could be replaced, but no advice was possible. The price was very competitive, and delivery exemplary.

Lovely Carron D bath at great price.
Helpful staff via telephone, delivery arranged for specific day, excellent email communication.
Would highly recommend as no hassle online purchase.

Fantastic Service - Brilliant Value - Incredible Delivery

Virtual Bathrooms are very easy to deal with (unlike Victorian Plumbing who are a delivery nightmare). They are also very knowledgeable and offer excellent value.

I ordered a large shower tray and glass shower screen before 10.30am and they both arrived by seperate deliveries before 11.30am the following day. I couldn't find a local supplier that had a display of the products so I took a bit of a chance. I should not have worried. Both items are fantastic quality and compare favourably with products that would cost twice as much.

Is it any wonder that the high street is having problems when I can get service like this from the comfort of my armchair !! They were also at least 15% cheaper than my local supplier who offered a foour day delivery.

Would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service

I was very impressed with the way my enquiry and order were dealt with. Customer Services were very helpful, dealt with my order promptly, answered my questions, and arranged a speedy delivery. I would definitely order from them again.

Great service

Order of basin unit and sink were as described. Order was placed on a Saturday afternoon but wasn't "processed" until Monday. I was then given a choice of delivery dates, the earliest being Wednesday. Opted for Thursday but was subsequently moved to Friday via a polite phone call.
Good job I wasn't in a hurry! Very pleased with the product and the web-site was well designed and checkout process was uneventful with a confirmation email.
