Ordering the bath was simple although I think calling the free waste pipe, a free bath filler is a bit misleading. Delivery was quick but the courier was not happy to deliver the bath inside the house, was going to leave it on the driveway, however my Dad managed to talk him into helping him to take it inside. The free waste pipe was broken but Virtual Bathrooms didn't get a chance to put this right as my Dad went and bought a replacement without letting me know there was a problem. I haven't used the bath yet but it looks great and I am looking forward to finishing the bathroom and bathing in it.

My father contacted Virtual Bathrooms on Monday 18th May and was delighted to receive confirmation that delivery of my choice of bathroom goods could be made on the Wednesday of that week. The goods arrived by lunch time and one item was missing. When I contacted Kevin, he duly arranged for an express delivery which arrived the following day.
I regard this as an excellent service and I would also would also pass on my thanks to their chosen carriers.

Received a call within a couple of hours of placing the order to arrange delivery. Items arrived on the day arranged with no problems. Bath was well packaged and delivery guys helpful. Overall no issues and would happily buy from here again.

Was worried about ordering online when so many companies get poor reviews. However, delighted with quick and efficient service following order - specified day delivery arranged. Courier company were great (once they found the road!), and item really well packaged. Wouldn't hesitate to use Virtual Bathrooms again.

Best price for the vanity unit I wanted and great service.

I was looking for a bath panel that was apparently very 'rare' and expensive but found it on virtual bathrooms at the cheapest price, unfortunately after I ordered the panel I received a phone call saying it had been discontinued but they had a more expensive version made from a different material and they were willing to upgrade it free of charge. It was at my door two days later, I couldn't be happier.

I found the internet site very easy to navigate after I did a Google search for "reinforced baths". I found a huge range of sizes and styles to choose from. On comparison with other sites this was the best deal because I received a free waste pipe for the bath. Delivery was free of charge and within two working days which was perfect for me. I received an email straight away on completion of payment online. Great customer service by this company as I had a call the next day to ask me to select my delivery date and check if I needed any bath panels and went through the options with me. Very helpful. Delivery arrived on specified date and the friendly driver brought bath into the house. Bath is perfect and really happy to find something to suit our specific requirements. Highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Kevin in customer service was fantastic in trying to coordinate a correction to the original wrong delivery of mismatching basin with pedestal. Very impressed with courtesy and desire to help and correct the problem. Shame the problem happened in the first place as it cost a lot of wasted time for all parties.

I would recommend this company 100% - they are honest and pleasant to deal with.
