Fantastic product, privided comfort and reasurance to the staff but not in a intrusive may to the service users who we support

This is a fantastic product, the only one on the market that has an antiviral treatment. It is scientifically proved to work. My very advanced dentist in London who has his whole place antiviral treated is also buying products from them, so it just confirm the safety with the product. It is very easy to add a bit if it is too tights, yes it groves with time but that is very easy to fix. I asked why they don't do gloves in the material, they are looking at doing other products but the very nice lady told me I can use one as a wipe for example with cutlery at a restaurant. I am going to cut one up to two pieces for just that.
I have recommended so many to buy them and they are very happy with the products.
To the lady that thinks she can get corona by touching the mask, that's the beauty with it, it kills all viruses by contact.
I have never had a problem contacting them, they are very friendly and useful.
Best product on the market for staying safe!!!!!

I bought these masks for all my family early in March and am surprised to read some of the comments made by others. We find them comfortable to wear, and I feel the important point to remember, is the special coating which gives a considerable degree of protection to the wearer and to those they come into contact with. After three months of shielding this gave me confidence to get out and about again.

Very disappointed with mask. Poor quality,quickly became wet due to sweating. Have emailed the company requesting a refund. Have had no replies.

Excellent product and service. The shields are comfortable even for long use in hot weather, with the invaluable bonus of actually working, unlike many 'face coverings'.

Excellent product, feels very comfortable to wear, you feel quite safe when in places where there are other people around ie supermarket, shops . Plus the service was excellent

I love the fact that I can handle it without worrying quite so much about viruses shedding on my hands, and also not having to wash it every single use!
Main thing I dislike is the snood design, I find it just doesn’t stay up very well on my face long term, I have overcome it by attaching a piece of elastic with 2 small safety pins, which goes across the top of my head and hold it in place! But it does look a bit weird!
It’s not exactly the trendiest look either, I think it makes me resemble a badly wrapped mummy lol.
But - the science is so brilliant - and it is comfortable and breathable. I find it irritates my face much less than any of the cotton reusable masks. So I use one every work day and am very glad of it.

The snood stretches as soon as i pit it on my face. I have small face thus the snood keeps on falling down so i am constantly having to touch it to lift it back up which totally defeats its purpose. Touching ones face is one way of catching Covid thus having to do this all the time puts me at risk.

The snoods were not cheap and i bought worth a £100 which was a waste of time as i am currently using a £3 mask which fits perfectly.

Very comfortable to wear, although it does tend to roll up at the edges. Could be slightly longer to make it easier to wear doubled-up.

Honestly, it’s impossible to know what rating to give this product. But the longer it goes on without them providing any peer-reviewed evidence, the more and more it starts to look dodgy. Oh, there’s evidence on their website, although it’s a little hard to find. But in actual scientific journals? Peer-reviewed? Nothing.

And of course, that made sense back at the start of this pandemic. This was a relatively new product and of course they wouldn’t have had chance to publish their findings. But by now they should have done. And so it leads me to worry that I’ve spent an awful lot of money for very little protection.

The product itself is odd - it doesn’t look amazing; a bit like having a bandage wrapped around the face. You’re only supposed to wash it a handful of times too, and only in plain water, no detergent. So it actually gets quite dirty-looking quite quickly. And it gets baggy quite quickly too, so you have to secure it at the back with a clip of some kind. There’s no wire at the top so it fogs up glasses (which obviously means air is escaping that hasn’t been filtered by the mask, even if it DOES work).

The ‘snood’ design is good in that you can just pull it up and down again. Especially good for kids.

But all of this is moot if it doesn’t work. If it doesn’t work, you’ve paid twenty quid for a piece of cloth that does nothing to protect you or those around you from this virus.

And the longer this company goes on without publishing its evidence, peer-reviewed, in a respected scientific journal, the more and more it starts to look like they’ve pulled the snood over our eyes.

If they do publish, I’ll take this all back and they’d get four stars (not five due to the design/colour/washability). If it doesn’t, it gets zero. Worse, even: negative stars.

Again, it’s all very well pointing to the evidence on their own website and one or two articles dotted about the internet about the founder of the company, or some of the work they did on viruses initially. But for goodness’ sake, if it’s legit, PUBLISH. Otherwise no one will believe a word of it.

I can’t work out at this stage whether this is some dreadful con, or whether they genuinely believe their own evidence. But again, if so? Publish it. Publish it for the world to see, in a paper, in a respected journal, not your own website.

Comfortable to wear, very reassuring that it is so much more effective than standard masks, extremely helpful to have a product that you don’t need to worry about touching and contaminating. You can use a hair grip if necessary to keep in place on smaller heads. Customer service very helpful and swift to respond. Ordering and delivery straightforward and quick.

Been wearing these since April and won’t use anything else now. Comfortable, breathable.

Bought four of these for my family but the sizings are just too random. Very tight to get over your head and then fall down from your nose. Good idea initially but not worth the great cost. I’ve resorted to buying filtered mask
