I got scammed, I ordered DJ lasers on Jan 1st and Visenoya said they delivered it Feb 8th. I never received it , ALL A LIE from Visenoya and China Post is in on the deceitfulness and Lies also.

Put in an order. Tracking stated that it was delivered. Put in a review with PayPal. Visenoya responded to my emails until PayPal closed the case, and then they Visenoya blocked me.

These people are scammers and thieves. Ordered 2 dj lights. Tracking said delivered to another address. DO NOT TRUST THIS ONLINE SITE !!!!!

still haven't received anything from them and there communication is terrible,

I ordered a frozen drink machine. Tracking said it was 'delivered', but to a totally wrong address, in a totally wrong state! I sent an email & got a response about a week later saying that they had investigated & could see it had infact been sent to the wrong address. As a result they had dispatched a new frozen drink machine to me with a 'great surprise gift'. Turns out the 'surprise' was to get nothing & lose my money! I emailed again asking for the new tracking number (multiple times!) & have had nothing but silence since. I placed the original order in early October it's now January!! Scam scam scam

They do not confirm the order by mail, No contact information or any tracking number was send to me.

I am a high school teacher, so I ordered a mini projector in August 2024 for a project with my Matriculants in September.
I never received the projector till today (and I appeared as a liar to my learners; whose parents contributed towards this)
To make matters worse, I spoke to a lady (Susan) from Visenoya about the importance of this project who apologized for the delay and promised it will be delivered. In October she still continued to lie that the item is surely on its way. In November, still the item was not delivered, and Susan lied again that I will be refunded for the failed delivery.
I am still stunned about how easily Visenoya scammed me.

Ordered health care cream that never arrived. They placate the customer with promises that never materialize! Horrible company. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Ordered shorts that looked good in the picture but were nothing like it when they arrived. Absolute garbage! Paid a lot to send them back and they claim they never got them. Sent pics of proof and 39 emails later "Susan" says she's trying to help.. 🙄 $85 gone due to false advertising and lies.

I ordered a Christmas present and the tracking information shows delivered but it wasn't. 'Susan' from customer service has said I signed for it but she can't provide proof. The customer service email / contact has no signature or anything to show it being a legit website. The short emails back and fourth with days in between replies are clearly to prolong the outcome of this scam website.
I will remove this review if this gets resolved.

A scam.... i bought a projector in in August. Their tracking number refers to to USPS. For which do not service my country. This is the email address of their lying services: service @shopvillen.com

Don't buy anything of this company complete scam. There China post tracking says delivered but it's not turned up. I work in a secure compound and everything gets delivered to security if anything turns up you are contacted. Apparently the China Post link is a scam. Money lost please don't purchase nothing from Visenoya it's all a scam

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not use them. Order items 5 weeks ago kept tracking then one day it said DELIVERED!!! It has never arrived and they will not respond to my emails also go under the name of shop villain (guess it’s in the name. Please don’t get sucked in by them total sham company Mrs Hunter

Ordered an icemaker on the 10th August, 5 weeks later, I hadn't received it and contacted them. They told me it was a problem with the delivery company and would resend the item. 10 days later I contacted them to ask when to expect the item, no response, emailed again- no response. It's either a scam or an extremely badly run business. Either way, avoid. Luckily I bought it on a credit card so I can claim it back.
