I got scammed, I ordered DJ lasers on Jan 1st and Visenoya said they delivered it Feb 8th. I never received it , ALL A LIE from Visenoya and China Post is in on the deceitfulness and Lies also.

This company is a scam so don’t buy from them. I’ve placed an order and received nothing. I have tried to contact them with no reply. Luckily I paid through PayPal so will be going about disputing this with them now. Don’t waste your time or money and don’t buy from them

Ordered an ice machine on 10/08/2024
Ordered an ice machine on 10/08/2024, then received an email stating that it had been delivered which there is no evidence of my item. Contacted the company whom said that it was delivered to the wrong address and that they would send another one with a free gift due to the inconvenience however it is now 23/09/2024 - 6 weeks later and I still have not received my order.
I strongly recommend that you DO NOT purchase anything from this company
