Not even rated1 I ordered 3 masks in MARCH and still not arrived says there awaiting pick up in London by delivery company they have been there two weeks guess there not coming after reading these reviews can not get any response from ViVo But at least I know never to use WOWCHER again either if they don’t know who’s on there site they are as bad as the scammers !!

I ordered a Covid19 facemask 1st April and paid for next day delivery. And of course it's not arrived. This was via Wowcher too. There seem to be an awful lot of complaints about this company - and it seems mainly via Wowcher. I wonder if there is a connection.

Absolutely bad communication, ordered 3rd April, still no sign of delivery, I've opened a case with wowcher who are trying to communicate with them on my behalf, by looks of it they are not getting any response from tivo technologies either, shame on them, gladly taking our money, but getting nothing back, will not recommend or use again.

I am having the same problem as other reviewers with these facemasks from vivo technologies. Have contacted them but not had any reply. They were due a month ago. No help from wowcher either.

I wish I had read these reviews. I have paid Wowcher and the goods have not arrived. Same automated responses from Vivo and it is impossible to speak to anyone. Wowcher make the situation worse by pointing out that once the voucher has been redeemed by "the merchant" they take no responsibility I had a long conversation with them but they refuse to get involved. At least after reading these reviews I realise that the masks are not worth waiting for anyway. Wowcher should be ashamed of themselves and there is absolutely no way I would ever use them again. I strongly suggest that anyone that has bought them through Wowcher places a bad review on every available platform to warn others not to support them.

Bought these face masks from vivo mounts from wowcher?. Not impressed at all. There were like tissue paper. When you tried to stretch them they tore. Dont bother waste of money.

DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH .....this are bits of tissue ...you tear holes to put around your ears . The only sealed bag is the plastic envelope they arrive in ... shame on Wowcher letting these people on their site ......DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Wish I had read this i am having the exact same email and problem will now report them to trading standards

I really wished I read review before buying from these scammers. I purchased these face masks from Wowcher in March waited ages for them to arrive. I had no joy from contacting them directly just the same generic emails. Last week I received a bundle of tissue cloths and reading from many other people’s reviews the same has also been received. I emailed them again to be sent an email blaming the pandemic for the delay and that my item was being picked and packed o even sent photos but still no direct answer. These people should be ashamed of themselves conning people over this pandemic is disgusting and should be caught asap. I have report this to my local police as they emailed me about avoiding scammers and was advised to report this to Action Fraud. I think we should all do the same and as for Wowcher I can’t believe they have even let them sell on there I have contacted them too and had no response.

I’ve been trying to contact these for face masks I bought 5 weeks ago. No reply, no delivery and by the sounds of other reviews I’m not missing out! All I want is a refund! If anyone has any joy form wowcher etc please post x

Update.... I have had the following automated reply. It’s not good enough and I’ve responded again requesting a refund and raised a case with wowcher:

Like many other people on here I ordered a reusable face mask with a pack of 12 filters from Vivo technologies via Wowcher. It has not arrived and like so many others all communication with this company is generic with no actual replies to emails etc. I find it absolutely disgusting that there are bogus companies like this taking advantage of people in the middle of a massive worldwide virus pandemic!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

As a footnote to this Wowcher have been no use in this as well with the advice being only to contact the seller, they obviously take no responsibility for vetting the companies that they advertise. I won't be using them again going forward.

Spent ages chasing order.

When it arrived it was just paper tissue, not face masks, a total SCAM !!!!!!!!!!!

Why Voucher advertise I do not know

You should be ashamed of your lives taking innocent people's money for face masks and sending tissues..how you are getting away with this and how wowcher are allowing you to advertise is beyond belief but trust me i am not going to allow you to get away with this..

Very expensive £11? Non sterile unsealed pack of white thin paper cloths that tear super easy.

Good for dusting would be a push.

Waited way beyond the time frame given,. Laugh or cry moment when I’d given up hope of delivery.

Massive scam do not buy.

I really don't want to give this company any stars. Like folks on here I ordered X10 sealed pack of face masks. Eventually after 3 weeks they arrived, I was livid all I received was 10 white cloths. I have write to Wowcher and Vivo Technologies but they really don't want to know. I will be getting in touch with Trading Standards. I also will put a warning in my FB to let people know about Wowcher. Thank goodness I only sent for 10.

Should be zero stars and that would be generous thinner than a baby wipe an absolute disgrace will be sending them back wowcher should drop this company as there playing on the corona virus and peoples fear disgusting

Do not buy from this company. You pay for goods you do not receive!

I've changed my score to a 3 rather than a 1 as I did eventually receive the 'face masks', which are, in fact, bits of breathable material with holes cut out so they can be placed over your ears. They do look a bit like the image, but they are much smaller than the picture and don't cover the entire nose/mouth area. My husband says he will use them in conjunction with some washable face masks we purchased to double-up on the protection. However, they took so long to arrive, and the tracking link they sent has been non-existent, even after delivery. They most certainly did not arrive when they said they would. I can only assume (hope) they have been so inundated with orders that they have a backlog and are not, in fact, scamming people by taking their money and not sending the goods. All in all, they are not worth the money as I could make these myself with an old sheet, but they did arrive and they did look a little bit like the image!

I also made a purchase from that VIVO as well and where I was trying to chase it up but they kept saying they were delayed based on COVID 19 but that's a load of nonsense and every time they have e.mail me in response trying to justify I've noticed that the e.mail they provided the second time was identical to what was said on the previous one word by word as if it's just some generic thing they use to try and shut people up when trying to justify. I have also said to Wowcher that I was suspicious based on the way it seems and WOWCHER kept saying that do checks on merchants before taking them on as clients but they can't of dine a very good job of it or they are lying to cover their backs where they are not much better. I spoke to the consumer rights act and they said it Wowchers responsibility to refund the customer and where it's a voucher that's irrelevant based upon the 2015 consumer rights act.

I have no reported this to action fraud, which would be a good idea if any of the rest of you do as well. Trading standards will focus on the trading but they won't act on the criminal side of it, so if you report it to Action Fraud as I have done then that will be another channel that may get further action taken on it as well.

Ordered a pack of sealed 20 masks through wowcher, after 4 weeks of chasing and calling with no answers I finally received my order, once opened guess what I found ? TISSUES yes yes tissues!! I can’t believe how this company is taking advantage of the current pandemic and stealing money from people in need ! This should go viral, Ill post about it on all social media hoping this will reach everybody ! I was scammed and stolen unfortunately by a group of inhuman companies !
