I ordered face mask 4th of march its the ending of april havent received anything, wowcher cant do anything about it. This is a rip off like what is this!

Shame I have to give a star..Ordered 10 face masks waited three weeks for them,turned up today and all I got was ten individual pieces of lint,Complete rip of,Another company ripping people of in a Global Pandemic,Should be shut down.Please don’t put your life in the hands of this company.Taking money from people that are scared your a disgrace.....

In early April I ordered face masks. I was given a date of 'on or before 15th April' Nothing. I then received a date of 'on or before 23rd April' and they were with the delivery company. I rang the delivery company and they assure me they do not have them. I have contacted the company Vivo Mounts/Vivo Technologies and cannot get any response other then an automated email which says nothing. I paid extra for next day delivery. Wowcher also fobbing me off. They and vivo technologies are in breach of contract. They have taken my money and not provided the goods and they have provided actual delivery dates which should be adhered to. I will not drop this matter. Please report both WOWcher and VIVO

Ordered face masks money taken straight away but no goods received. Tracking says not received Wowcher say contact Vibo, they do not respond. Previous items ordered were received but very poor quality not fit for purpose. This company is ripping people off do not order from them. Scammers 😡

19th April- On 31st March I ordered £83.86 worth of face masks for a household of key workers and outside family members that need shielding. To date they have not arrived and the company Vivo Mounts/Vivo Technologies have given inadequate responses. I paid extra for next day delivery. I have reported them to trading standards. Wowcher and vivo technologies are in breach of contract. They have taken my money and not provided the goods. What's the difference between this and theft?? I will not drop this matter and neither should anyone else who has been ripped off by these two companies. Start with trading standards. All the best.
Update on 27th April... No face masks received, nor refunds. Reported to Action Fraud.
Update 29th April 5 of the 7 filtered face masks have been received and in good condition so have increased my rating to 2. Two other face masks still waiting to be delivered to other family members' addresses. Shame they couldn't have been upfront sooner and said how long it'd take... Also I've still paid for next day delivery and do expect the difference to be refunded.
Update 18th May.... Getting a refund on the last two face masks. Once that's received I will no longer trade with Wowcher via Groupon or Social Living.....still no refund on next day delivery payments. Protect your finances and your sanity and steer clear of this company.

Ordered a face mask via wowcher.
Paid extra for next day delivery after two weeks nothing arrived. Could not track the package as it was never sent! A complete joke. Very dishonest people.

Emailed twice no reply.

I would never buy from them again.

I bought through wowcher VIVO AND WOWCHER NOT RECOMMENDED
Wowcher don’t seem to have any reviews published on their site which in itself is unfair to potential customers and to late for those who have ordered from them.
I ordered a face mask from a company called VIVO through wowcher on Friday 10/04/20 this was promised for next day delivery, as it was bank holiday weekend I new next day would mean Tuesday 14/04/2020 which was stated on my order confirmation when I ordered with wowcher code to VIVO ,Tuesday 14/04/20 came and went, you cannot get in touch with wowcher I’ve contacted vivo by message and tried to phone but no one answers they have a chat but no one answers you, Thismorning I had a message to say my item has been dispatched, but when tracking it it say they have been advised of my order but haven’t received it from vivo yet. (JUST ANOTHER EXCUSE)
IM A HEALTH CARE ASSISTANT AND NEEDED THIS MASK QUICKLY AND ORDERED IN GOOD FAITH THE COMPANY SELLING THESE IS IN LONDON IM IN BROMLEY KENT SO NOT FAR AWAY . If I could give less than 10 I would. My next day delivery is 3 weeks late still no sign of it. AVOID this company at ALL costs. They take your money and run. Diabolical service.

Do not order from this company. Money taken from account immediately but never received face masks. As other reviews can't contact by phone/e mail or online chat. I repeat DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Absolutely shocking company. Purchased item via wowcher. Item Not recieved wowcher aren't taking responsibility. This company don't answer their emails. Looking at other reviews it seems everyone has had the same issue. Provided tracking for the item and hermes said it was lost but company won't respond and refund me.
WHAT A SCAM !!!!

Ordered face masks from this company and they have extended the delivery date three times.Have spoken today to the carrier they informed me they had used and they do not have my order. Do not deal with this company if you expect to receive anything just go outside and throw your money to the wind.Wowcher are of no help they just refer you to the supplier who do not answer e-mails. Why is their no star rating for thieves?

How stupid am I? Usually check reviews but this time I didn't. Ordered face masks two weeks ago. Tracking number provided by Wowcher and my postcode was not recognised. This made me realise I wasn't going to get them. Money was taken Immediately and delivery date has been and gone. Wowcher says contact Vivo Mounts. That's impossible. They don't answer the phone, answer emails, online chat doesn't work. Appalling service and obviously a disreputable company.

MY ORDER HAS NOW ARRIVED! However I am still not happy with the lack of customer service, i.e not replying to emails, not answering the phone etc.

Tried to buy dust masks from vivo mounts through wowcher last Thursday and paid extra for next day delivery its now a week later and still haven’t got them. Contacted wowcher couple of days ago and they said contact vivo mounts which i did and surprise surprise after several emails they haven’t replied but took my money. I don't mind if they have a problem with the order
But at least reply to the email . Now I’m contacting paypal to refund my money

I purchased an item from Vivomounts through Wowcher and paid extra for next day delivery. I have not received the goods nor any response from them. The telephone is disconnected and email goes unanswered. There are similar reviews to mine on Trustpilot with 100% of them negative dating back over 3 years.
Wowcher must also be aware of the appalling customer service from this company with 9 of their products on their site today boasting of thousands of sales.
They should remove Vivomounts from their site immediately or be held complicit in my report to Trading Standards.

These poor excuse for humans are charging £9.99 plus £3.99 p&p for travel size 100ml hand sanitiser. No one should ever buy from them again because they are preying on peoples fears to price gouge.

Bought Face Masks very poor quality, elastic rips away from masks

I bought a portable USB hand fan from Wowcher, it doesn’t even work, the charger that came with it does not fit the fan, I have never been able to use it, absolute joke, I’ve just read the reviews on this company, I won’t ever be ordering anything from them again, scamming vivomounts is disgusting!!

I ordered 2 fire pits through Wowcher a few weeks ago. According to Wowcher I was supposed to receive them in the next 3 days. I then had an email saying the order had been received and that they should arrive on or before 4th June. Nothing has arrived. I tried calling the number which didn’t seem to be in use. I tried another number which just kept ringing out. I have emailed with no reply as yet and I tried the live support service and no one answered me. I am now £60 down with nothing to show for it and myself and a friend had ordered them for our partners. I am really disappointed and can’t seem to get in touch with anyone to get the refund that I have requested

DO NOT BUY! Con man, wish I had read the reviews like others. But I am taking the matter further, and I urge others to do so also, trading standards need to be aware of not already about this company taking money but never sendings the goods or sending faulty items, wowcher also investigating now as they advertise on their bit don’t send items . How they have got away with it so long I don’t know.
