I bought a hurricane scrubber from this company via wowcher codes . Took 2weeks plus to arrive and when it did it barely charged and there was no way it did the 300 rpm it was claimed to do. Tried phoning no reply. Eventually wrote complaint on their web page still no contact from them. Has put me off wowcher codes too. All round a very bad experience. AVOID.

Avoid this company at all costs! I purchased an item on the 9th of December and delivery was estimated to be by 14th December. Two weeks after the delivery date, the item still has not arrived and I haven’t received any communications concerning this. I have emailed and called vivo mounts several times, and no one has either answered my calls or replied to my emails. This company is a shambles and should be avoided!!!!
Faulty Item/No response.
Bought an "Arctic Air" cooling fan a couple of weeks ago. It took a long time to arrive and when it did, it was faulty. I informed them via their website customer service link, that I would like a replacement or my money back. They haven't had the decency to reply. Like all the other complainants, AVOID this company.

I bought 2 of the same item from this company and paid postage twice.
The company then sent out the 2 items in 1 parcel.
I asked for a refund on 1 of the P+P and was told they do not do refunds on P+P.
So they have made an extra £1.99 out of my order because I paid for 2 x P+P when they only paid for 1?
It might not be a lot of money to some people, but it's the principle. I think it is an absolute disgrace that they have made money on something that they should not be making money on!
If they had just sent the items in 2 parcels then we wouldn’t have had an issue, but they didn’t. They thought they'd make an extra couple of quid out of me!

Bought a Challenger drone from Vivo …
Bought a Challenger drone from Vivo Mounts via Wowcher in November for my Nephew's Christmas present. On Xmas day when batteries placed in the remote unit, they overheated dangerously immediately, I had to put this Vivo Mount Challenger Drone outside. My nephew was very disappointed and I spent many days complaining, still no action. DO NOT BUY a Challenger Drone FROM VIVO MOUNTS they sell dangerous Drones and have abysmal customer services. Trading standards alerted! (Tried to complain on the Vivo Mount website but was rejected as I did not buy directly from Vivo Mount. According to Wowcher it is Vivo Mounts issue!
