The features and price are great, VoIP security not so much
The features and price are great! The support is stellar. The one downside with VoIPStudio is that they don't support SRTP or SIPS which essentially means that communications between your phones and their servers are not encrypted. If this feature were added, I would certainly give them a 5 star rating.

I am very satisfied with the services of the VoIP studio. The call quality is always excellent, with no interruptions or delays. The software is easy to use, and the customer support is quick and professional. I highly recommend it!

Site is HARD to navigate, thats the least of its problems
Their website is complicated and backend is HARD to navigate. Their support takes a long time to do anything and generally doesnt understand business needs. Trying to explain a simple concept to their support fell on deaf ears. Not the greatest experience at all. We were exploring switching our call center to a Voip system and were disappointed, ended up going with someone else.

Hidden fees
Website is complicated, they drew me in with a £3.99 deal, I completed the free trial then was told I had to pay all these hidden fees totalling about £11pm. Then I was told if I didn't want the hidden fees then I should go to their sister site for home users. Too much of a scam for me

Today I called to cancel my VoIPstudio…
Today I called to cancel my VoIPstudio account because I no longer needed it, after a couple of months of not using it I decided to do the call, I asked them to guide me on how to cancel, and the answer was prompt, I loved the service and maybe I would give them a try again in the future, the only thing I didn't like is the fact that I would lose $22 + dollars left in my account, and no other option given to me on what to do

No Help - No Support - No Provision
Help and support personel were completely disinterested in providing assistance when called for to help with applying the correct settings information of my connected hardware. They had a half hearted attempt at connecting directly to my computer with their software, but quickly gave up with a promise to send me a link to an on-line guide which never transpired..
I decided to try my luck with Voipfone and they got my whole system set up and running using their service within 15 minutes.
I then contacted Voipstudio the next day to close my account and withdraw the unspent deposited funds in call redits and again was met with arrogance and total disregard along with a refusal to return the unspent portion of call credits which by definition is allocated as "Funds" which has nothing to do with monthly fees..

Excellent service and support
Have been using Voipstudio for many years. Their support is the the best you can find. Always available and always fix the issue. The prices are very inexpensive and the service is awesome. Works on our office phone lines and our cells. Just had an issue that they remoted in and fixed straight away. Thank you to Renier on support :)
