Excellent Customer Service
I ordered 25 Christmas lights in various colours. Unfortunately, Wade's could not fulfill the full order but telephoned me promptly to tell me this and that they could not source further supply. I was happy to take the lights that they had.

Returns service
Having received my good they turned not to be of the standard I required.
On emailing them I was sent a return label and the good went back all dealt with without ant aggravation.

Great service. I contacted Wades asking if they could ship a kettle that had sold out everywhere online to me in Staffordshire. A lovely person called Lois quickly responded and arranged for my item to be shipped at a very reasonable price.
