Recently got a charger from this company at very reasonable price. The process was very quick from start to the end. Moss was very helpful and managed to answer all my questions and helped me setup everything. Excellent service!

The best best customer service of any…
The best best customer service of any company I have ever experienced. Contracted on whatapp quite late at night and yet a friendly voice at the end of the phone being able to help me support me but most of all listen to what was wrong so we could get out sorted I have to mention that this was also very very late at night most people are in bed. Customer service and knowing your product is how you get loyal customers, and these guys definitely know what they’re chatting about!! Thank you again for saving a super stressed overtired mum !

Very happy with my charger
Super quick to install, I phoned on Monday and the charger was fully installed and working by Wednesday 9am, less than 48 hours!
Also very easy to set up with the app, communication was good from the installer and looks neat and tidy. Very happy.

Just had the new WaEV charger installed. The engineer was spot on time and installation was very smooth. The engineer explained everything clearly post installation on how to use the charger. Overall a good experience.

It all happened faster than expected
From initial contact to fitting my charger took 1 week. I placed my order on the Friday, received a call on the Monday saying they could fit on Friday. Steve and son arrived as planned at 7.30 and clearly explained what they would do. They were great in asking where we wanted it, and keeping everything clean and tidy. They also waited until I had checked on my car that the charger was fully working before leaving. Overall an excellent experience from WaEV-charge.

Excellent Services and Product
I’m very satisfied with the service I have received from waEV. The process was smooth and very quick. I also like the fact that they can offere multiple payment methods to get your EV installed and the prices was unbeatable. Superb service
Superb service - really happy with the service from quite to install. Even got really lucky on the install date getting a cancelled slot a day after everything was finalised. Engineer turned up when he said he would - did a great tidy job and the system works perfectly. Really happy with the service!
