Another reason why I love this company. After two years with this charger I encountered a problem. Completed the support form at 9pm and by 9am the following morning I had some WhatsApp messages and then a phone call offering support and troubleshooting. The response time was brilliant, and the person who called me was professional and friendly. The "fault" wasn't the charger, but the power supply.

Service was great, everything on time and we'll fitted. Unfortunately Fuse energy says they are not compatible with waev chargers, now have to switch supplier, pay a penalty and wait a couple of weeks before I can get on a cheap tariff.

Flawless process from start to finish was impressed with the speed, from placing the order late Thursday night to install the following Monday. Installer polite and clean as well, would highly recommend.

Really friendly and professional, would definitely recommend. Our charger didn't show up in time due to royal mail delays yet Jay was able to provided us with a charger. He fitted quickly and professionally and explained the process to us.

Ordered Sunday installed Friday without seeking rapid install, I expected a few weeks wait. Installers were prompt, clean and informative. When I required an untethered unit to make the install better looking for the front of the house the installer carried the alternative unit and swapped there and then for me. The customer service received from Waev has been great too, prompt, well written communication makes things so much easier to deal with. I normally dread having to deal with customer service teams but this whole process has been fantastic, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others.

Very easy to browse and purchase, good follow up contact and installed within days.

Excellent service from all at waEV, great communication in advance of installation and assistance with the grant. The installation occurred ahead of schedule and Dan was fantastic on the day of installation. The app is also easy to use and I love my new charger. Many thanks.

I was originally going with octopus as we have our electric with them, so it seemed logical.
However they are absolutely useless and wanted me to pay the full amount up front, with no lead time, other than approximately 'a couple of months to install'.
So looking at the trustpilot reviews and asking some EV forums I decided to contact waEv.
From the initial quote, which I could apply the grant to, to install was literally a week!
The engineer who fitted it, was done I about 2 hours, and very neat.
A very comprehensive and thorough service, from initiation to completion.

The two fitters were very respectful of us and the property. They were pleasant and made sure we were kept informed of what they were doing during installation. Checked the charger worked before leaving and thanked us for the hot drinks on such a cold day.

I have previously left an excellent review about Waev for their handling and installation of of my charger. The team have always been there to help with my enquiries, but now they have gone above and beyond. I was waiting for my charger to be compatible with octopus intelligent go when I got an email from Joe on New year's eve saying my firmware needed updating and once done I would be able to change tarrifs with octopus. Not it did the email contain full instructions how to update Joe actually called me and talked me through how I change my tarrifs through the octopus app all this was at 1930 new year's eve. If you are thinking of getting a charger look no further as Joe and the WAEV team are brilliant.

Outstanding service from start to finish. It was a bit of a minefield to find a suitable charger and this company showed the way to do it, very happy.
