My experience has overall been good
My experience has overall been good. Have a few people I totally love who come on a regular basis basis I’ve had 1 scare he didn’t walk dogs didn’t turn on gps I had to find my dogs with apple, and dogs where afraid of him. Scared he hit my dogs. Only other problem I find is many times hard to find someone. I have waited from one day to next and couldn’t get a walker. So time response wise not always very good. In stage 4 cancer sometimes it’s hard for me to go, but sometimes I have no choice with no response back for hours, 5 , 6 hours and I end up having to go and very very difficult for me. Yes a little overpriced sometimes but over all I’m happy with most of the walkers who come and get to build a relationship and trust

Horrible
Horrible! The walkers always cancel at the very last minute. I had a walk scheduled for 11am and the walkers canceled it at 11:10! And yesterday a different walkers did the same thing. They leave your lights on and I’ve even had someone lose the keys to my apartment.

I have used WAG to walk two dogs many times for over 5 years. All the walkers are excellent. My dogs have fun. I typically use the ASAP service and rarely have to wait long. The videos, photos and active map they provide makes the experience even better. I am so happy I found WAG.

App doesn't work well. Pet log-in wouldn't allow advancing to complete. On Android Mobile. Meh! Aggravating, this day and age.

WAG! has been wonderful for me!
I have been using Wag! for years and the walkers have been great. I have my preferred walkers, but when they are unavailable I have always been happy with the walkers that has accepted the job. Wag! has been great for me!!

I scheduled an in home sitter for our…
I scheduled an in home sitter for our dog about 2 months ago. This was a Friday to Friday dog sitting. We are set to go on our vacation in 5 days. Wag sends me a notification today that our sitter has to reschedule. No way to get in touch with Wag. No instructions on what to do. The condo we are renting doesn't allow pets and it's nonrefundable.

I truly love using Wag! because it provides such great peace of mind. While I have other regular sitters, the app is a reliable lifesaver for those times when my usual options aren't available—I can always find someone I need.
The app itself is reliable and makes scheduling, payment, and viewing walk reports easy. It was simple to set up my profile and get started. I especially appreciate the willingness of the walkers to do meet-and-greets; one walker even showed up at 5:30 AM just to meet Rico! That level of dedication is huge.
The true highlight is the quality of the walkers Wag! connects you with. Gillian, Rebecca, Rebecca, Janine, Karen, and many more have been absolutely fantastic. I have a large breed (a Boxer), and I love that I can find sitters who are experienced with and genuinely enjoy spending time with powerful, large dogs. It's clear they are professionals who do this full-time—they’re all naturals with Rico and truly cares about his well-being.
As a dog owner, I often feel nervous about entrusting someone else with my dog, but they immediately put me at ease. They provide the peace of mind I need to know Rico is in great hands.
If you are looking for a reliable dog walking service with professional, caring individuals who can help you fill gaps in your schedule and handle large breeds, I highly recommend Wag! and specifically encourage you to look for walkers with Ricos friends level of skill.

East and Reliable
It is a great tool to find pet care when we last minute decide to travel. After more than 50 Wag walks, not a single complaint. The walkers are super prompt and the animals love them.

Very good experience
The two caregivers I’ve scheduled are super nice, they are always in good communication and when I get home my dog is calmed and relaxed after a good walk.

The app cannot be installed on my new Android phone. It just says - not compatible. i tried two other phones and my iPad. Dont work. There is no customer service or anyone who can fix it. Without the ap I'm not getting any value from my sign up fee of $50. I dispute my credit card charge.

Melissa Stander is a #1 dog person who took care of my dog Bella Rose. When Bella and I went to meet Melissa, they both went
to each other. Kisses from Bella and smiles
and laughs from Melissa. They both bonded

I signed up wanting to view sitters in…
I signed up wanting to view sitters in my area...next thing I know I am being charged a huge amount of money for a potential booking...I did not book anything with anyone...I put in dates to see who could be available to board my dogs...and to browse the sitters....I quickly emailed my concerns, and they took off the so called boarding request...however, left on a $99 fee to cancel...very poor customer services and policies etc...use rover.com instead!
