Warm Property Services recently fitted a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 800 Life combi boiler for us.

They provided a competitive written quotation promptly by email so that we could make a decision promptly.

Warm Props maintained high standards of safety throughout and were very thorough in decommissioning the old boiler. The installation of the new boiler went to plan, with thorough post implementation checks. Tn particular, the new pipework was neatly installed.

They also worked tidily, with dust sheets laid down, were polite and courteous at all times, and took time to explain how the thermostat worked so that we could be confident in using it.

We had a great service from start to finish, and would certainly recommend Warm Property Services if you’re thinking of changing your boiler, or for other heating requirements.

We asked Matt to help when our old oil boiler gave up. We’d had a gas supply installed. Matt saw we were in a desperate situation to say it was cold was an understatement. Matt kindly lent us some heaters and moved other work around to get us warmth and hot water. From then on in, Matt changed the entire pipe work and system. Nothing was a problem. We gave Matt a key and he got us up and running in no time. It didn’t cost us the earth. Other companies hadn’t turned up when they said they’d quote, others made it all sound a problem. Matt didn’t. We’re truly grateful to Matt, we’ve since had Matt back for other work and I’ve recommended him to friends.

My boiler needed a service. Matt was great on the phone, gave an accurate quote and showed up when promised, he was extremely professional. Very helpful when I had some questions, he fully explained everything. Will see you again next year!
