Our mission is not to be the biggest, but the best automotive warranty company - and we want all of our customers to have the brilliant experience they deserve.

warranty soloitions are a rarity

warranty soloitions are a rarity, truly professional helpful and understanding. Rang at a difficult time, having just recieved an expected repair cost invoice from the garage, Paul treated me with respect and kindness talked me through the process, and made making a claim simple. Very unexpected and a credit to themselves

Do not use. Waste of time

AGAIN, if I could put no stars I would.
I don't think these places understand the term 'warranty', £5000 to folk out for a new engine and because it didn't directly go through them I received nothing! Absolute joke.
It would be so nice companies and people actually stuck by the professional principle rather than just 'their clause' which it determined by their decisions.
DO NOT USE.

With all claims and 'How to make a claim' in the warranty booklet provided, we do make it clear that as soon as you have a concern to register a claim with us within 7 days of occurrence.
Without your contact prior to repairs, we were unable to therefore guide you and review your claim.

In light of the repairs being completed without our review, your claim was declined for liability as work completed with no authority.
We can only apologise that we were not informed prior by yourself and subsequently did not meet your expectation post repair

Mark called me for a welcome call which ended up being very handy as he re-emailed me all my documentation that I misplaced and I was able to add an emergency contact to my account. Kept the conversation brief and information and was very helpful.

Genuine welcome
